Jehovah don show us say e really love us as e send Jesus come this earth, make e use e life as ransom.

3. Why we de die?

³ The ransom na the thing wey Jehovah use so that we go free from sin and we no go die again. (Ephesians 1:7) Before we understand why we need the ransom, we go first know the thing wey be happen for garden of Eden. Our first papa and mama, Adam and Eve, sin. And they die because of this sin. Adam and Eve don pass sin for all of us, so we too de die.​—Check Endnote 9.

4. Who be Adam, and wetin be the things wey e get?

 ⁴ Adam na the first man wey Jehovah make. Jehovah give Adam one thing wey e really dey special. Na perfect life. Adam get perfect mind and body. E no go ever sick, grow old or die. Because na Jehovah make Adam, E come be like papa for Adam. (Luke 3:38) Jehovah be de talk with Adam everytime. E de tell Adam the things wey e go de do, and e give Adam fine work wey e go enjoy.​—Genesis 1:28-30; 2:16, 17.

5. When Bible talk say God make Adam “like e self,” wetin e mean?

⁵ God make Adam “like e self.” (Genesis 1:27) E mean say like God, Adam get fine-fine character like love, wisdom, justice and power. God give Adam right make e choose anything wey e want do. E no make Adam like machine wey person de control. Adam fit choose say e go do good or bad. If Adam choose say e go de obey God, e for stay for Paradise forever.

6. Wetin Adam lose as e do the thing wey God say make e no do? How this one affect us?

 ⁷ Wetin be ransom? E fit mean two things. (1) Ransom na the price wey them de pay to release person or to buy something back. (2) Ransom na the price wey them de pay for something wey them loss, and this price de be the same with that thing wey them loss.

⁸ Adam put all of us for big problem when e sin, e make all of us de die. Nobody fit pay for the things wey Adam do. But Jehovah come save us. E arrange how e go free us from sin and death. Make we learn how the ransom fit free us and how e fit help us.

9. Which kind ransom we need?

⁹ Nobody fit ever pay for the perfect life wey Adam lost. Why? Because we no dey perfect. (Psalm 49:7, 8) The ransom wey we need must be another perfect life. Na e make they call-am “the exact price.” (1 Timothy 2:6) The ransom wey they go pay must get the same value like the life wey Adam be lost.

10. How Jehovah give us the ransom?

¹⁰ How Jehovah give us the ransom? Jehovah send e special Son, make e come this earth. For everything wey Jehovah make, na Jesus be the first. (1 John 4:9, 10) Jesus ready to leave e Father. E leave heaven and come this earth. (Philippians 2:7) Jehovah transfer the life of Jesus, and they born Jesus as perfect person for earth.​—Luke 1:35.

¹³ How Jesus pay the ransom? E use e own perfect life pay Jehovah. For Nisan 14 wey e dey Jew calendar, Jehovah allow bad people make they kill Jesus. This one happen for the year 33 C.E. (Hebrews 10:10) After three days, Jehovah bring Jesus back to life. E no bring Jesus back as man, but as spirit. When Jesus reach heaven, e give Jehovah the value of e perfect life as person. Na e life e use pay the ransom. Jesus give the perfect life wey e get to Jehovah, so that Jehovah go fit give all the children of Adam that perfect life. (Hebrews 9:24) As Jesus pay this ransom, all of us don get the chance to dey free from sin and death.​—Read Romans 3:23, 24.

14, 15. Wetin we must do if we want make God forgive our sin?

If we beg Jehovah make e forgive us, make we dey sure say e go hear us and forgive us. John 3:16 talk say “God really love this world sotey e send the only special Son wey e get.” Yes, Jehovah really love us. Na e make e send Jesus, the Son wey e like pass.
