NCHIWEMI kuyowoya, kweni nchiwemi comene kukhala cete apo mphakwenelera. Nakuti Solomoni, uyo wakaŵa Themba lavinjeru la Israyeli wakalemba kuti: “Kanthu kose kali na nyengo yake na yake, . . . nyengo ya kukhala cete, na nyengo ya kuyowoya.”—Muph. 3:1, 7.

Kukhala cete nchilongolero ca nchindi. Nchimi Habakuku yikati: “Yehova wali mu tempele lake lituŵa; caru capasi cose cikhale cete pamaso pake.” (Hab. 2:20) Musopi waliyose waunenesko wa Yehova “walindilire zikiti ciponosko ca Yehova.” (Cit. 3:26) Wamasalmo wakimba kuti: “Khala cete pamaso pa Yehova, umulindilire na kuzika; ungajikweŵeskanga cifukwa ca uyo wasakata mu nthowa zake.”—Sal. 37:7.

Kasi kughanaghanira pa vinthu vyakuzizwiska ivi kukung’anamura kuti tikulumba Mlengi yayi mu mitima yithu? Pakuyowoya za vinthu ivyo vili kulengeka, wamasalmo wakati: “Lumbani, imwe mwezi na dazi; lumbani imwe, nyenyezi zakung’anima! Lumbani, imwe mwa mitambo yakucanya, na imwe mwa maji pacanya pa mitambo! Vilumbe zina la Yehova! Cifukwa Iye wakalangura ndipo vikacitika.”—Sal. 148:3-5.

Nga umo tikucindikira Yehova, tikwenera kucindikaso Mazgu ghake. Mwaciyelezgero, apo Mozesi, nchimi ya Ciuta yikalayirananga na mtundu wa Israyeli, iyo ndiposo ŵasofi ŵakaphalira ŵanthu wose kuti: “Cetamani, pulikizgani . . . Mozesi wakati: ‘Wunjikani ŵanthu, ŵanalume na ŵanakazi, na ŵana . . . kuti ŵasambire.’—Dute. 27:9, 10; 31:11, 12.

Mwaciyelezgero, Yobu wakaphalira awo ŵakamususkanga kuti: “Mundisambizge, ine ndikhale cete.” Yobu wakaŵa wakukhumbisiska kukhala cete para ŵanyake ŵakuyowoya. Ndipo apo nyengo yakuti wayowoyepo yikakwana, wakaŵalomba, wakati: “Mukhale cete, ndilekeni, ndiyowoye.”—Job 6:24; 13:13.

Nchilongolero ca Vinjeru na Umanyi

Baibolo likuti: “Uyo wakukora milomo yake ngwavinjeru.” “Munthu waumanyi wakukhala cete.” (Zinth. 10:19; 11:12) Wonani umo Yesu wakalongolera vinjeru ndiposo umanyi mwa kukhala cete. Panyengo yantheura, ivyo tingayowoya vingawoneka kuŵa vyaucindere, ndipo tingasuzgika comene maghanoghano pamasinda pake.

Nchamahara kuŵa maso na kayowoyero kithu para tili na ŵanthu ŵaheni. Para takumana na ŵanthu ŵakususka mu uteŵeti, cikuŵa camahara kukhala cete. Kasi cingaŵa camahara yayi nyengo zinyake kukhala cete para awo tikugwira nawo nchito panji kusambira nawo ŵakuyowoya milangwe yiheni, mwakuti tileke kulongora kuti tikuzomerezga ivyo ŵakuyowoya? (Efe. 5:3) Wamasalmo wakalemba kuti: “Ndikore mulomo wane na bano para ŵaheni ŵali nane.”—Sal. 39:1.

Munthu “waumanyi” wakuyowoyayowoya yayi vinthu vyacisisi. (Zinth. 11:12) Mkhristu waunenesko wakuwoneseska kuti waleke kuyowoyayowoya vinthu vyacisisi. Ŵalara ŵa mpingo ŵakwenera kupwelelera comene pa nkhani iyi, mwakuti ŵabali ŵalutilire kuŵagomezga.

Nangauli munthu wangaleka kuyowoya cilicose, kweni kuli na candulo. Pakuyowoya za munthu munyake uyo wakaŵako mu vilimika vya m’ma 1800, Sydney Smith wakalemba kuti: “Para wayowoya wakutemwa kukhala dankha cete, mwakuti cikuŵa cakukondweska comene kudumbiskana na munthu uyu.” Ndipo nadi, para ukudumbiskana na munthu cikuŵa ciwemi kuti mose muyowoyengepo. Munthu uyo ngwaluso pakudumbiskana wakweneraso kuŵa mutegherezgi muwemi.

Solomoni wakacenjezga kuti, “mu unandi wa mazgu muli kwananga, kweni uyo wakukora milomo yake ngwavinjeru.” (Zinth. 10:19) Ndipo nadi, kuyowoya mwakuzikira kungatovwira kuti tileke kuyowoya mwambura mahara. Nakuti “nanga cindere, usange wakujikhalira cete, ŵakuti ngwavinjeru, na uyo wakusunama milomo ŵakuti ndi munthu waumanyi.” (Zinth. 17:28) Mphanyi talomba Yehova kuti ‘waŵike mulinda pa milomo yithu.’—Sal. 141:3.

Kukovwira Kuti Tilangurukenge

Pakuyowoya za munthu uyo wakwenda mu nthowa yaurunji, Malemba ghakutiphalira kuti, “mu dango [la Ciuta] wakulanguruka muhanya na usiku.” (Sal. 1:2) Kasi ni mukhaliro wuli uwo ungawovwira munthu kulanguruka?

Yisake, mwana wa Abrahamu “wakafuma kuyakalanguruka ku munda na mise.” (Gen. 24:63) Wakasora nyengo yiwemi ndiposo malo gha cete kuti walanguruke. Ndipo Themba Davide likalangurukanga usiku, cifukwa kukuŵavya congo. (Sal. 63:6) Yesu nayo wakayezgayezganga kuti walangurukenge kwayekha ku malo ghamayiyi, ku mapiri, ku mapopa na kumalo ghanyake.—Mat. 14:23; Luka 4:42; 5:16.
