Imibuzo Evela Kubafundi

Khuyini ebeyenza amaJuda wemihleni kaJwanisi uMbhabhadisi bona ‘alinde’ uMesiya?

Emihleni kaJwanisi uMbhabhadisi, “abantu bebalinde ngethemba, bararekile eenhliziyweni zabo bona kghani uJwanisi lo angaba nguKrestu na.” (Luk. 3:15) Khuyini eyenza amaJuda alindela bona uMesiya bekazokuvela ngeenkhathezo? Kunamabanga ambalwa aphendula umbuzo lo.

Ngemva kokubelethwa kwakaJesu, ingilozi kaJehova yabonakala kubelusi ebebalusa imihlambabo emangweni ohlanu kweBhetlehema. Ingilozi yathi kibo: “Khona namhlanjesi ngemzini kaDavida nibelethelwe uMsindisi onguMesiya.” (Luk. 3:15) Kwathi kusesenjalo, kwavumbuka “umkhambathi wezulwini ukanye nengilozi leyo, udumisa uZimu usithi: * ‘Idumo kuZimu keliphezulu nokuthula ephasini, ebantwini abathokozelwa nguye.’”—Luk. 2:13, 14.

Kusemtarini bona isazisweso sabathinta kwamambala abelusi abathobekilekwabo. Khenge bariyade, ngibo labaya basuka eBhethelehema kutjhingwa kwaJosefa noMariya, begodu bathi nebabafumanako, babona nomntwana uJesu, “bakhuluma ilizwi mayelana nalokho abakutjelwa ngomntwana lo.” Yeke, “boke abakuzwako lokho barareka khulu ngeendaba zabelusaba.” (Luk. 2:17, 18) Amezwi athi “boke abakuzwako” atjengisa bona abelusaba bakhuluma nabanye abantu ngaphandle kwakaJosefa noMariya. Kwathi bona abelusaba babuyele emakhabo, bakhamba “badumisa, baphakamisa uZimu ngakho koke abakuzwileko nabakubonileko; okwaba njengombana bebatjeliwe.” (Luk. 2:20) Kusebaleni-ke ukuthi abelusaba khenge bawuvale umlomo ngezinto abazizwe ngoKrestu!

Kwathi bona uMariya alethe izibulo lakhe eJerusalema njengombana uMthetho kaMosi uthi bekufuze azomethula kuJehova, umphorofidikazi u-Ana “weza, waphakamisa uZimu bewakhuluma ngomntwana kibo boke ebebalindele ukuhlengawa kweJerusalema.” (Luk. 2:36-38; Eks. 13:12) Yeke, iindaba zokubelethwa kwakaMesiya zarhatjheka nenarha yoke.

Kamva, “kweza izazi eJerusalema zivela epumalanga. Zabuza zathi: ‘Uphi obelethwe bona abe yikosi yamaJuda na? Sibone ikwekwezakhe lokha nayiphuma ngepumalanga, nje-ke size bona sizomkhothamela.’” (Mat. 2:1, 2) “Kwathi bona ikosi uHerode izwe lokho, yawurubajeka, neJerusalema lawurubajeka nayo. Sele ibizele ndawonye boke abaphathi babaphristi kanye nabafundisi bomthetho, yababuza bonyana uKrestu  ubelethelwephi.” (Mat. 2:3, 4) Yeke, abantu abanengi bazi bona uMesiya ufikile! *

ULuka 3:15, odzujulwe ngehla usilemukisa ukuthi amanye wamaJuda bekacabanga bona uJwanisi uMbhabhadisi kungenzeka abe nguKrestu. UJwanisi yena wayilandula indaba le wathi: “Kodwana emva kwami kuzokuza onamandla khulu kunami, engingasililitho bonyana ngingathinta amapatlagwanakhe. Yena-ke uzonibhabhadisa ngomoya ocwengileko nangomlilo.” (Mat. 3:11) Amezwakhe la angekhe ahlala angenzi abantu balinde uMesiya.

Kghani mhlamunye amaJuda wemihleni kwaJwanisi uMbhabhadisi besekabale isikhathi uMesiya azokuvela ngaso seemveke ezima-70 esitlolwe kuDanyela 9:24-27 (NW)? Ngitjho nanyana bekungenzeka lokho, abukho ubufakazi obutjengisa ukuthi bebabale kuhle. Iqiniso likukuthi bekunemibono eminengi engavumelaniko emalungana nokubalwa kweemveke ezima-70 eenkhathini zakaJesu, begodu awukho emibonweni leyo ohlathulula iimvekezi ngendlela esizizwisisa ngayo namahlanjesi. *

Ihlelo lekolo yamaJuda elibizwa ngokuthi ma-Essene, belifundisa ukuthi uMesiya bekazokuvela ngekupheleni kweminyaka eli-490, kodwana asiqiniseki bona indlela ababala ngayo beyisekelwe esiphorofidweni sakaDanyela. Ngitjho nanyana bangakusekela esiphorofidweneso, kubudisi ukucabanga ukuthi amaJuda bekangavuma ukukholelwa ezintweni ebezifundiswa siqhema esingaziwa kuhle.

Eminyakeni yangemva kokufa kwabapostoli, amanye amaJuda bekakholelwa bona iimveke ezima-70 zihlanganisa isikhathi esisukela ekurhayilweni kwethempeli lokuthoma ngo-607 ngaphambi kwakaKrestu kuya ngomnyaka ka-70 ngeekhathi zamaKrestu wokuthoma. Abanye bebahlanganisa ukuzaliseka kwesiphorofidwesi nesikhathi sokubusa kwamaMaccabee. Yeke, ngesikhatheso bekungakhanyi kuhle bona iimveke ezima-70 kufuze zibalwe njani.

Nengabe indlela yokubala iimveke ezima-70 beyizwisiseka emihleni kaJwanisi uMbhabhadisi, omunye angakhe aphethe ngokuthi amaKrestu wokuthoma bekazayifundisa ebantwini njengesiqinisekiso sokuthi uMesiya onguJesu Krestu ufike ngesikhathi esifaneleko. Nanyana kunjalo asikho isiqinisekiso sokuthi amaKrestu wokuthoma bekenza njalo.

Kukhona nelinye iphuzu okufuze silitjheje. Abatloli bamavangeli womlando kaJesu bebadzubhula emiTlolweni yesiHebheru bafakazela ukuthi koke lokho kwazaliseka kuJesu. (Mat. 1:22, 23; 2:13-15; 4:13-16) Kodwana akakho owadzubhula umtlolo okhuluma ngeemveke ezima-70 ukuthi uhlangana njani nokuvela kwakaJesu.

Nasesiyirhunyeza, asiqiniseki bona abantu ngeenkhathi zakaJesu bebasizwisisa kuhle isiphorofido seemveke ezima-70. Nanyana kunjalo amaVangeli womlando kaJesu aveza amabanga azwakalako enze abantu ‘balindela uMesiya ngesikhatheso.
