5. When assignment change, for which ways that one fit affect person?

⁵ Whether we de work for Bethel or we de do another kind of full-time service, we fit learn how to love people and even the place wey we de serve. When our assignment change, e de pain us reach bone. We go miss the brothers and sisters, and we go de worry about them, especially if we leave because other people de give us trouble. (Matt. 10:23; 2 Cor. 11:28, 29) Another thing be say, e fit hard us to go another place because we fit need to learn new culture. ⁶ Stay near Jehovah. (Jas. 4:8) How we fit do-am? Na when we trust God and get faith say e de “hear prayer.” (Ps. 65:2) Psalm 62:8 talk say: “Make wuna pour wuna heart to God.” Jehovah fit do “plenty things even over pass all the things wey we fit ask or think of.” (Eph. 3:20) Jehovah no de only do the things wey we ask for our prayer. E fit even solve our problem for the way wey we no expect.

(Matt. 13:22) Some people for the world, your friends or family people fit tell you say you need to work for more money so that you go fit care for yourself. To them, they want help you but make you no listen to them. (Read 1 John 2:15-17.) Trust Jehovah. E don promise say e go give us wetin we need “when we need help.” E go help us make our faith no weak, make we dey calm, and give us wetin we need to care for ourself.​—Heb. 4:16; 13:5, 6.

¹⁰ Make friend with good people. Tell your friends how you de feel and the problems wey you de face. Some of them fit don enjoy full-time service and don face the same situation. If you talk with them, your mind fit come down. (Eccl. 4:9, 10) The friends wey you get for your former assignment go remain your friends. But now for your new assignment, you need to make new friends. Remember say if you want get friends, you need to treat people well. How you fit make new friends? Tell other people about fine-fine blessing wey you don enjoy for full-time service, and make they see say you dey happy to serve Jehovah. Even if some people for congregation no understand why you love full-time service, your example fit make other people come near you and be your good friends. But no over talk about yourself or the things wey you don do for full-time service, and make wetin you de talk no be about any bad feeling wey you get.

11. How you fit continue to get happiness for your marriage?

¹¹ If your assignment change because your husband or wife get health problem, make you no put blame for e head. Or if na you get health problem, no blame yourself, and no think say you don fail your husband or wife. Remember say wuna be “one flesh,” and when wuna marry,  wuna promise Jehovah say wuna go care for each other, no matter how things be. (Matt. 19:5, 6) If you no continue your assignment because you de expect pikin wey you no plan for, make sure say your pikin know say e dey important to you pass your assignment. Always tell your pikin say na “reward” from Jehovah e be to you. (Ps. 127:3-5) Still tell your pikin about the fine-fine experience wey you get for your former assignment. When you do like this, that one fit help your pikin enter full-time service just as you do before.

Welcome them well and praise them for the work wey they don do, even if their health no allow them to do wetin them de do before. Try to know them. Benefit from the many things wey they don learn, the training wey they don get, and their experience.

13. When the assignment of full-time servants change, which kind help we fit give them?

 ¹³ When the assignment of full-time servants change, for the beginning, they fit need your help to find house, transportation, work, and other things wey they need. They fit still need to know about somethings wey people de do everyday, like how to pay tax and how to get insurance. The thing wey they need pass any other thing na make you try to understand their situation, no be to pity them. They fit de struggle to care for their health or the health of their family member. They fit de feel pain for their heart because their person don die. * And even if they no talk-am, they fit de feel pain because they no dey with the friends wey they get for their former assignment. This kind feelings fit make person confuse, and they go struggle with this feeling for some time.

14. How brothers and sisters help one sister make e enjoy e new assignment?

¹⁴ If you support and encourage them with your good example, you fit help them enjoy their new assignment. One sister don serve for another country for many years. E talk say: “For my former assignment, I be de conduct different-different Bible study everyday. For my new assignment, e hard to get opportunity even to read Bible or show video when I dey preaching. But the brothers and sisters for my new congregation de take me go their return visit and Bible study. When I see as this brothers and sisters hold Jehovah tight and de work hard to conduct good Bible study, this one come make me like the territory. I learn how to start discussion with people for the new territory. All this one help me make I dey happy again.”

15. How you fit get good result for your new assignment?

¹⁵ You fit get good result for your new assignment. If your assignment change, no think say you be failure or say your value don go down. Think about the many ways wey Jehovah de  help you and continue to preach. Follow the example of faithful Christians for time of the apostles. Any place wey them dey, they go for the whole land de preach the good news about the word. (Acts 8:1, 4) If you continue to preach, you fit get good result. For example, for one country, they drive pioneers make they comot. But another country dey around and they need more publishers to preach for the language wey the pioneers de speak, so the pioneers move go there. For just some months, plenty people join the new different-different group wey the pioneers don form for the language wey them de preach with.

16. How you fit get joy for your new assignment?

¹⁶ Bible talk say: “The joy wey Jehovah de give de make you strong.” (Neh. 8:10, ftn.) No matter how we love the assignment, na our friendship with Jehovah suppose to really make us get joy no be our assignment. So, if we want get joy, make we stay near Jehovah and continue to trust say e go help us. Remember say you love your former assignment because you do your best to help people for there. Do your best for your new assignment and see how Jehovah go help you make you still love the assignment.​—Eccl. 7:10.

17. Wetin we suppose to remember about the assignment wey we get now?

¹⁷ Make we remember say we go serve Jehovah forever, but our assignment na just for some time. For new world, all of us fit get new assignment.
