Na the same thing Nazirites for Israel do. Who them be and wetin we fit learn from their example?

² The word “Nazirite” come from one Hebrew word wey mean person wey them choose, or person wey decide to dedicate imself for special work. So, Nazirite na Israel person wey don decide to leave some things to fit worship Jehovah for special way. For the Law of Moses, Jehovah tell Israel people say man or woman fit make special promise to Jehovah say e want be Nazirite. 3. How Jehovah people today take be like Nazirites?

³ From the time wey “the Law of Christ” replace the Law of Moses, no servant of Jehovah fit be Nazirite again. (Gal. 6:2; Rom. 10:4) But like Nazirites for Bible time, Jehovah people  today continue to show say them like to serve Jehovah with all their heart, soul, mind, and power. (Mark 12:30) We de do this one when we promise Jehovah say we go use all our life serve-am, and baptize. Them like the decision wey them make, and e make them happy.

6. Why some servants of Jehovah de leave some things? (Still check the picture.)

⁶ Today, many servants of Jehovah de happy to leave some things to fit use more time work for Jehovah. (1 Cor. 9:​3-6) Jehovah no  de expect say we must leave this things, and the things no be bad things. For example, some people don leave work wey them like well-well or even their house so that them go fit do more for Jehovah. Some don decide say them no go quick marry or quick born children. Some other people don choose to go where them need more publishers, even though say e far from their family. Many of us ready to leave this things because we want give Jehovah our best. Make you know say Jehovah value anything wey you leave to fit do more for-am, whether e small or e big.—Heb. 6:10.

NO SHAME TO DEY DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PEOPLE

7. Wetin fit make-am no easy for Nazirites to fit continue to be Nazirites? (Numbers 6:5) (Still check the picture.)

For example, for the time of prophet Amos, Israel people “continue to give Nazirites wine to drink.” This one fit be because them want make the Nazirite break their promise wey them make say them no go drink wine. (Amos 2:12) Sometimes, Nazirites really need strong mind to fit dey different from other people.

8. Wetin you learn from Benjamin story?

⁸ Jehovah fit help us get strong mind to fit dey different even if we de quick shame or fear. Make we talk about Brother Benjamin for Norway, wey dey ten years. Because of the war wey dey Ukraine, im school arrange to do something to show say them support the people for Ukraine. Them tell the children say make them wear cloth wey be the color of Ukraine flag and sing one song for the country. Brother Benjamin be plan to hide for where them no go see-am so that e no go join for the song. But one of their teacher see Benjamin and use loud voice tell-am say: “You must come join us now. We de wait for you!” Benjamin use strong mind waka go meet the teacher and tell-am say: “I no de support war and anything wey concern politics. Even self, many Jehovah Witness people dey prison because them no gree join fight war.” The teacher agree with wetin Benjamin talk and leave-am. After, im classmates  start to ask-am why e no join them. Benjamin begin fear sotey e nearly start to cry. But e tell im classmates the same thing wey e tell the teacher. Later, Benjamin tell im papa and mama say e dey sure say na Jehovah help-am fit tell im teacher and classmates wetin e believe.

9. How we fit make Jehovah happy?

⁹ Because we choose to live our life the way Jehovah want, this one make us different from the people wey dey around us. We need strong mind to fit let people for our school or where we de work, know say we be Jehovah Witness. And as people for Satan world de bad more-more, the more e go de hard us to de live the way Jehovah want and to preach the good news. (2 Tim. 1:8; 3:13) Always remember say we de make Jehovah happy when we do our best to dey different from people wey no de worship-am.—Prov. 27:11; Mal. 3:18.

MAKE JEHOVAH NUMBER ONE PERSON FOR YOUR LIFE

10. When e fit no easy for person wey be Nazirite to follow wetin dey Numbers 6:6, 7?

¹⁰ Read Numbers 6:6, 7. Nazirites no de near person wey die. You fit think say this law no hard to obey. But for Israel time, this law go really hard for person wey be Nazirite to obey, especially when im family member die. That time, the things wey them de do when them de bury the person, de make people near the dead body. (John 19:​39, 40; Acts 9:​36-40) But people wey be Nazirites no go fit go near dead body like other people. Even when their family member die, them go show say them put strong faith for Jehovah, as them keep their promise to be Nazirites. We dey sure say Jehovah really help Nazirites to fit face this kind problems.

11. As servants of Jehovah, wetin we ready to do when we de make decision wey concern our family? (Still check the picture.)

¹¹ As servants of Jehovah, we no de play with the promise wey we make to Jehovah say we want use all our life serve-am. This one de affect our decisions and the things wey we de do even for matter wey concern our family members. We de do our best to care for our family, but this one no mean say we go do wetin Jehovah no like because we want make our family happy. (Matt. 10:​35-37; 1 Tim. 5:8) Sometimes, we fit need to make decision wey our family no like, but wey go make Jehovah happy.

12. When Brother Alexandru wife no make life easy for-am, wetin e do and wetin e no do?

 ¹² Make we talk about the story of Brother Alexandru and im wife, Dorina. After them study Bible with Jehovah Witness people for one year, Dorina decide say e no go study again and e want make im husband still stop. But im husband sofri use sense tell-am say e go like to continue. Dorina no happy and e try to stop im husband by force. Brother Alexandru talk say e try to understand why im wife de feel like that, but e no easy for-am. Sometimes, when im wife vex for-am and talk to-am anyhow, e go just be like say make Brother Alexandru stop the study. Even with all this one, e continue to put Jehovah first and continue to love im wife well-well and respect-am. For the end, im better example make im wife start to de study Bible again and later baptize. 13. How we fit show say we love Jehovah and our family?

¹³ Na Jehovah arrange the way family go be, and e want make everybody for family de happy. (Eph. 3:​14, 15) If we really want happy, we must do things the way Jehovah want. No ever doubt say Jehovah value all the things wey you de do to worship-am well, as you de care for your family, de treat them well, show them love, and respect them.—Rom. 12:10.

MAKE WE DE ENCOURAGE EACH OTHER TO BE LIKE THE NAZIRITES

14. Which people we really need to encourage more with wetin we de talk?

¹⁴ All of us wey de worship Jehovah today need to ready to leave some things to fit do more for Jehovah, because we love-am. Sometimes, e no really easy to do this one. But how we fit help each other? One way na to de use wetin we de talk encourage each other. (Job 16:5) You get some people for your congregation wey de try to make their life simple so that them go fit do more for Jehovah? You know some young brothers and sisters wey de do their best to dey different from other people for their school, even though say e no easy for them? You know any Bible student or brother or sister for congregation wey de do im best to hold Jehovah tight even though say im family members dey against-am? Make we use every chance wey we get to talk wetin go encourage them, and tell them say we value all the things wey them  de do to fit worship Jehovah well, and the strong mind wey them get.—Philem. 4, 5, 7.

15. How we fit support people wey dey full-time service?

¹⁵ Sometimes, we fit do something to help our brothers and sisters wey dey full-time service. (Prov. 19:17; Heb. 13:16) This na wetin one old sister for Sri Lanka do. Them increase the money wey them de pay-am as e don retire for work. So, e decide to help two sisters wey be pioneers so that them go fit continue to pioneer even though say things hard for the country. The old sister decide say e go de give them some particular amount of money, to fit pay for the call wey them de make every month. This our dear sister really get better mind!

16. Wetin we fit learn about Jehovah as e allow Israel people to fit decide to be Nazirites?

¹⁶ We fit learn plenty lesson from the example of people wey choose to be Nazirites for Israel. But we fit still learn something about Jehovah from this arrangement. Jehovah know say we want do wetin go make-am happy and say we ready to leave some things to fit do wetin we promise-am when we baptize. E honor us as e allow us choose by ourself how we go take show-am love for special way. (Prov. 23:​15, 16; Mark 10:​28-30; 1 John 4:19) Jehovah see and value all the things wey the Nazirites do. This one show say Jehovah de see all the things wey we de do as we de worship-am and e value all of them. So, make we make up our mind to continue to worship Jehovah and use all our heart give-am our best.
