Hothir

(Hoʹthir) [from a root meaning “more than enough; overflow”].

One of the 14 sons of Heman who served under the direction of their father as musicians at the sanctuary. In David’s time Hothir and his sons and brothers were constituted the 21st of the 24 service groups of musicians.​—1Ch 25:1, 4-6, 28.
