UPDATE | Staying Active Helps Brother Andrey Vlasov Keep Positive
On July 26, 2022, the Kemerovo Regional Court denied the appeal of Brother Andrey Vlasov. He remains in prison.
On May 23, 2022, the Central District Court of the City of Prokopyevsk convicted Andrey and sentenced him to seven years in prison. His sentence will begin immediately.
