16 insan apne man ke vicharon ko taiyar to karta hai,magar woh jo javab deta hai, woh* yahova ki taraf se hota hai.+
2 insan ko apni sabhi raahein sahi* lagti hain,+lekin yahova iradon* ko jaanchta hai.+
3 tu jo kuch kare use yahova ko saunp de,+tab teri yojnayen safal hongi.
4 yahova har kaam is tarah karta hai ki uska maksad poora ho,usne dusht ko bhi vinash ke din ke liye iseeliye rakha hai.+
5 jiske man mein ghamand hai, woh yahova ki nazar mein ghinauna hai.+
yakeen rakh, woh bina saza paaye nahin rahega.
6 atal pyar aur vafadari se* paapon ka prayashchit hota hai+aur yahova ka dar maanne se insan burai se munh fer leta hai.+
7 jab yahova kisi insan ki raah se khush hota hai,tab woh uske dushmanon ko bhi uske saath shaanti se rehne deta hai.+
8 anyay karke ameer banne se achha hai,neki ki raah par chalkar kam mein guzara karna.+
9 ek aadmi apne man mein yojna to banata hai,lekin yahova hi uske kadmon ko raah dikhata hai.+
10 raja ke honthon par parmeshvar ka faisla hona chahiye,+woh nyay karne se kabhi na chooke.+
11 sachche tarazoo ke kaante aur palde yahova ke hain,thaili mein rakhe sabhi baat-patthar usi ki taraf se hain.+
12 dusht kaamon se raajaon ko ghin hoti hai,+kyonki unki gaddi neki se kaayam rehti hai.+
13 sachchi baatein raajaon ko khush karti hain,
unhein woh log pasand hain jo seedhi-sachchi baat kehte hain.+
14 raja ka krodh maut ka doot ban jaata hai,+lekin buddhiman uska krodh shaant karna* jaanta hai.+
15 raja ke chehre ki chamak mein zindagi hai,uski meharbani vasant mein baraste baadal jaisi hai.+
16 buddhi sona haasil karne se
aur samajh chaandi haasil karne se kahin badhkar hai.+
17 seedhe-sachche logon ki raah unhein burai se door rakhti hai,
jo apni raah ki raksha karta hai, woh apni jaan bachata hai.+
18 vinash se pehale ghamandaur thokar khaane se pehale ahankar hota hai.+
19 ghamandiyon ke saath loot baantne se achha hai,deen logon ke beech namra bane rehna.+
20 jo androoni samajh dikhata hai use kaamyabi milti haiaur jo yahova par bharosa rakhta hai woh sukhi hai.
21 jiske paas buddhi* hai, kaha jaayega ki usmein samajh hai+aur jo meethe* bol bolta hai woh kaayal kar paata hai.+
22 jismein androoni samajh hai uske liye yah jeevan ka sota hai,magar moorkh ko apni moorkhta se hi saza milti hai.
23 buddhiman ka man use androoni samajh ki baatein kehne+aur doosron ko kaayal karne ke liye udhaarta hai.
24 manbhavni baatein chhatte ke shehad jaisi hoti hain,jo man ko* meethi lagti hain aur haddiyon ko durust karti hain.+
25 aisa bhi raasta hai jo insan ko sahi lagta hai,magar aakhir mein woh use maut ki taraf le jaata hai.+
26 ek mazdoor ka pet usse mehnat karvata hai,uski bhookh* use kaam karne par majboor kar deti hai.+
27 nikamma aadmi khod-khodkar buri baatein poochhta hai,+uski zaban jhulsanevali aag jaisi hoti hai.+
28 aag laganevala* jhagde karvata hai+aur badnam karnevala jigri doston mein fut daal deta hai.+
29 khoonkhar aadmi apne padosi ko behkakaruse bure raaste par le jaata hai.
30 woh saazish rachte huye aankh maarta hai,
bure kaam karte vakt muskurata hai.*
31 pake baal ek insan ka khoobsoorat* taaj hain,+basharte woh neki ki raah par chala ho.+
32 krodh karne mein dheema insan,+ veer yoddha se achha haiaur apne gusse* par kaaboo rakhnevala, shehar jeetnevale se.+
33 jholi mein chitthiyaan daali to jaati hain,+magar usse nikala har faisla yahova ki taraf se hota hai.+
