 JEHOVAH get plenty ways wey e de use help us, one of them be say e de help us fit endure our problems and still de happy as we de worship-am. How e de do-am? And how we fit really gain from this help? We go answer this questions for this article. But before we answer them, make we first answer this one: E really dey Jehovah mind to help us?

² One word wey apostle Paul use for the book of Hebrews, go help us get the answer for that question. Paul write say: “Na Jehovah de help me, I no go fear. Wetin person fit do to me?” (Heb. 13:6) One book wey them write to explain wetin this verse mean, talk say to help person for this verse mean to run go meet person wey dey for trouble and help-am. Just try think about Jehovah for your mind as e de run to go help somebody wey dey for trouble. You go really agree say e de hungry Jehovah; true-true, e really dey e mind to help us. As Jehovah de help us, we go fit endure our problems and still de happy.

3. Ẹn̄wu ch’ọna mẹta ki Jihofa achabunẹ wa ka jẹdọ efu ajama wa kpai uyọ?

³ How Jehovah de help us de endure our problem and still de happy? To answer this question, make we read some part of the book of Isaiah. Why? Because plenty of the things wey Jehovah tell Isaiah say make e write concern servants of God today. Another thing na say the way Isaiah talk about Jehovah make-am easy for us to understand.  Some example dey Isaiah chapter 30. For there, Isaiah use fine-fine example talk about how Jehovah de help E people. E write say Jehovah de help us as e (1) de sofri listen to and answer our prayer, (2) de teach us, and (3) de bless us now and go still bless us for future. Make we talk about this three ways wey Jehovah de use help us.

4. (a) Abu Jihofa kọla lugbo abo Ju iko Aizaya, ẹwn̄ Jihofa la jẹ ki kẹrẹ bu ma? (b) Ẹn̄wu la chukibeno ki Jihofa du n̄wu amẹnẹ ọkpakpa? (Aizaya 30:18, 19)

⁴ For the beginning of Isaiah chapter 30, Jehovah tell Israel people say they be “stubborn sons” wey de “add sin join their sin.” E still talk say: “They be people wey no de follow law, . . . [and] wey no want gree hear the law of Jehovah.” (Isa. 30:1, 9) Because the people stubborn, Isaiah talk say Jehovah go allow them enter serious trouble. (Isa. 30:5, 17; Jer. 25:8-11) Wetin Isaiah talk happen when Babylon people carry them comot from their land as prisoners. But some Israel people that time still de worship Jehovah well. So, Isaiah get message for them wey go give them hope. E tell them say one day, Jehovah go allow them go back to Jerusalem. (Read Isaiah 30:18, 19.) And na wetin happen be that. Jehovah free them from Babylon. But many years go pass before Jehovah go free them. As verse 18 talk say “Jehovah de sofri wait to show [them] favor,” e mean say some time go pass before Jehovah go free them from Babylon. In fact, Israel people spend 70 years for Babylon before Jehovah free them, and some of them go back to Jerusalem. (Isa. 10:21; Jer. 29:10) When Israel people dey Babylon, they cry because their condition really bad. But when they go back to Jerusalem, they happy sotey they start to cry.

5. Ẹn̄wu chukibeno k’Aizaya 30:19 du n̄wu wa ki ma n’echi n?

⁵ Wetin Isaiah talk still de give us hope today, e talk say: “E go show you favor when you beg for help.” (Isa. 30:19) Isaiah tell us say Jehovah go really listen to us when we beg for help, and E no go waste time to help us. Isaiah still talk say: “E go answer you quick-quick as e hear-am.” This one de confirm wetin Jehovah don promise us say e dey hungry-am to help e servants wey de pray to-am for help. 6. Abu ọla Aizaya du n̄a ka ki Jihofa aneti ru adua am’adun̄wu oke oke?

⁶ Wetin be another thing wey this verse teach us about our prayer? E teach us say Jehovah de sofri listen to our prayer one by one. Why we talk like that? For the verse them wey dey before verse 19, of Isaiah chapter 30, Jehovah use “wuna” when e de talk. This na because e de talk to e people as one group. But for verse 19 e use “you,” because e de talk to them one by one. For there, Isaiah write say: “Nothing go make you cry. E go show you favor, [and] . . . e go answer you.” When things de hard us, Jehovah no de tell us say, “You no see your brother or sister? You suppose be like-am.” Jehovah no de do like that because e really love us. Instead, e de care about us one by one and e de sofri listen to our prayer by e self.—Ps. 116:1; Isa. 57:15.

⁷ When we pray and tell Jehovah about our problem, e fit be say the first thing wey Jehovah go do na to give us the power wey  we need to endure-am. And if the problem no quick end as we be expect, then we go need to pray to Jehovah many times say make e give us power to fit endure-am. Wetin Isaiah talk show say that na wetin Jehovah want make we do. Isaiah talk say: “No let [Jehovah] rest.” (Isa. 62:7) Wetin this one mean? E mean say, we go continue to pray sotey e go be like say we no want make Jehovah rest. Wetin Isaiah talk make us remember the example wey Jesus give about prayer for Luke 11:8-10, 13. For there, Jesus talk say make we no tire to pray and “continue to ask” for holy spirit. We fit still beg Jehovah make e give us sense to fit make better decision.

8. Iko igbele, abu Aizaya 30:20, 21 chẹ le?

⁸ Read Isaiah 30:20, 21. When the army of Babylon surround Jerusalem for one and half year, the people really suffer sotey the suffer become like food and water for them. But for verse 20 and 21, Jehovah promise Israel people say e go save them if they repent and start to behave well. Isaiah tell them say na Jehovah be their “Teacher Wey High Pass,” and e promise them say Jehovah go teach them how to worship-am for the correct way. Wetin Isaiah talk happen when Jehovah free Israel people from Babylon. Jehovah really show say na e be their Teacher Wey High Pass, and e help them succeed to fit start to worship-am for the correct way again. And today, na blessing for us say Jehovah na our Teacher Wey High Pass.

⁹ For this verse them, Isaiah talk say we be like students wey Jehovah de use two different ways teach. Isaiah talk about the first way when e say: “You go see your Teacher Wey High Pass with your own eye.” From the way Isaiah talk-am, e just be like say the teacher dey the front of the students. ¹⁰ Isaiah talk about the second way wey  Jehovah de use teach us, e talk say: “Your own ear go hear one voice from your back.” For here, prophet Isaiah talk about Jehovah as teacher wey de watch e students as them de waka for e front. As e de waka for their back, e de direct them and de point the correct road to them as them de go. For this our time, we de hear God voice from our back. How? God use e servants write Bible plenty years ago wey don pass. So when we read Bible, e just be like say we de hear God voice from our back.—Isa. 51:4

¹¹ How we go fit really gain from the things wey Jehovah de use Bible and e organization teach us? Remember say Isaiah talk two things for that verse. First, “this na the road.” Second, “follow-am.” (Isa. 30:21) No be only to know “the road” we need, but we still need to “follow-am.” Jehovah organization de use Bible teach us how Jehovah want make we de live our life. And we still de learn how we fit do the things wey them de teach us. So, to fit de endure as we de worship Jehovah and still de happy, we need to sabi “the road,” and “follow-am.” Na that time we go fit dey sure say Jehovah go bless us.

12. Alu ki dẹ efu Aizaya 30:23-26, abu Jihofa adẹnyọ n̄wu abo n̄wu?

¹² Read Isaiah 30:23-26. How wetin Isaiah talk for this verse them happen to Israel people wey Jehovah free from Babylon? Jehovah give them plenty things wey go help them live and fit worship-am well. Jehovah give them plenty food. 13. Abu ẹn̄wu k’Aizaya ka, dabi chẹ en̄ini?

¹³ Wetin Isaiah talk for Isaiah 30:23-26, concern us for this our time? Yes! How? Since 1919 millions of people don free from the lie-lie teaching of Babylon the Great. ¹⁵ Where the spiritual paradise dey? As servants of Jehovah dey everywhere for this world, na so the spiritual paradise dey everywhere for this world. So, no matter where we dey for this earth, we go fit dey part of the spiritual paradise if we de do our best to support pure worship.

16. Abu ana li unyọ e-i paradais efu afu?

¹⁶ For us to continue to enjoy the spiritual paradise, we must continue to show say we value our Christian brothers and sisters for the whole world. How we fit do this one? Na to de put eye for the good side of our brothers and sisters, no be their mistakes. (John 17:20, 21) Why this one really dey important? Make we think-am like this. When we see plenty tree wey dey together, we de like-am because them de fine well-well. Na so e still be for our Christian congregation today. We get plenty brothers and sisters wey we fit compare to plenty tree wey dey together. (Isa. 44:4; 61:3) We need to de put eye for how all the tree fine reach as them dey together, no be the fault wey dey the tree wey near us. We no go allow our mistake or the mistake of our brothers and sisters for congregation comot our mind for the better condition wey we de enjoy for Jehovah organization.

17. Ẹn̄wu oke oke wa neke che ka nudama ef’ujeju?

¹⁷ Wetin each of us fit do so that we go continue to enjoy the one mind wey dey  our congregation? Na to de do wetin go make peace dey congregation. (Matt. 5:9; Rom. 12:18) Every time wey we do wetin go make peace dey between we and our brothers and sisters, we de make the spiritual paradise fine more-more. Make we remember say na Jehovah draw all the brothers and sisters come worship-am for e organization. (John 6:44) Jehovah go really happy when e de see the hard work wey we de do to make peace dey for congregation and de do things with one mind!—Isa. 26:3; Hag. 2:7.

18. Oji ẹn̄wu adukpẹ ka na kpibe, ẹn̄wu la chi?

¹⁸ Wetin we go do so that we go gain more from the things wey Jehovah de use bless e servants? We fit think deep about wetin we de study from Bible and our book them. This one go help us get better character as Christians. This characters go help us love our brothers and sister for congregation “like brothers for the same family.” (Rom. 12:10) Our friendship with Jehovah go de tight more-more as we de think about the blessing wey we de enjoy now. And when we de think about the things wey Jehovah don promise us for future, e go help us love to worship Jehovah forever. All this one go help us de happy as we de worship Jehovah now.

19. (a) Alu ki dẹ Aizaya 30:18, ẹn̄wu ama ki ne echi n? (b) Ẹn̄wu achabunẹ wa ka jẹdọ kpai uyọ?

¹⁹ Jehovah “go stand up” to save us when e destroy this wicked world. (Isa. 30:18) We de sure say Jehovah—our God wey de judge well—no go allow one day pass the day wey e don decide to destroy this wicked world. (Isa. 25:9) So we de sofri wait for the day wey Jehovah go destroy this Satan world. But before that time, we go continue to pray, study Bible, de do wetin we learn, and think deep about the blessing wey we de receive from Jehovah.
