The Thing Dem That Mark Write 13:1-37
13 When Jesus wor leaving the temple, one of his disciples tell him say: “Teacher, see how the building dem in the temple area, and the rock dem they use to build it fine-fine!”
2 But Jesus tell him say: “Ehn yor see all this big-big building dem? One rock will not leave on top of another rock that they will not throw on the ground.”
3 When he wor sitting down on the Mount of Olives, he wor able to see the temple from there. Then, when they wor by theirself, Peter, James, John, and Andrew ask him:
4 “Tell us, what time this thing dem* will happen, and what will be the sign when all this thing dem coming end?”
5 So Jesus started telling them: “Yor be careful so nobody can’t fool yor.
6 Plenty people will use my name and say, ‘I the Christ,’ and they will fool plenty people.
7 Also, when you hear about war fighting near you and war fighting far off, don’t be scare, because this thing dem suppose to happen, but the end of the world not come yet.
8 “Because country will fight country and kingdom will fight kingdom, and earthquake will happen in different-different areas, and food business will also be hard. This thing dem that the beginning of things that will cause serious pain for people.
9 “But yor must be careful. People will carry yor to court, and they will flog yor in synagogues. And they will carry yor to stand in front of governors and king dem for my business and yor will preach to them.
10 And people will also preach the good news in all the nation dem first.
11 And when they carry yor to court, yor must not worry about what to say, but yor must say what God tell yor to say at that time, because He will help yor with his power so that yor can be able to talk.
12 And also, brother will carry his brother for them to kill him, and pa will carry his child, and children will go against their parents and make people to kill them.
13 And everybody will hate yor because of my name, but the person who endure to the end will be save.
14 “But when yor see the dirty thing that can destroy things standing in the place that it not suppose to be, (let the person who read about it understand what the prophet say), then let the people who in Ju·de′a start running to the mountains.
15 The man that on top the house must not come down and go in his house to take anything from there
16 and the man that on the farm must not come back to take his clothes.
17 That time it will really be bad for big belly women and baby ma dem!
18 Yor continue to pray so that it can’t happen during the cold season.*
19 Because that time will be time of trouble, the type of trouble that we never see before from the time God made people on the earth until that time, and it will never happen again.
20 To talk the truth, if Jehovah* not cut that time short, nobody will survive. But because of the people who he na choose, he will cut it short.
21 “Also if anybody tell yor say, ‘See! The Christ here,’ or, ‘See! He over there,’ yor must not believe it.
22 Because false Christs and false prophets will come and they will perform powerful miracles to fool people, if possible, even the people God na choose.
23 So yor be on the watch. I na tell yor everything before it happen.
24 “During that time, after the tribulation, the sun will turn dark, and the moon will not shine again.
25 And the star dem will fall down from heaven and the powerful thing dem that in the heavens will shake.
26 And people will see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
27 And he will send the angels and they will gather the people dem who God na choose together from all around the world. From one end of the earth to the other end and from one end of the heavens to the other end.
28 “Learn from the example about the fig tree: As soon the branch start growing and leaves start coming on it, yor can know that the rainy season coming.
29 That the same way, when yor see this thing dem, yor must know that he here to the doors.
30 To tell yor the truth, this generation will never pass away until all this thing them happen.
31 Heaven and earth will pass away, but the thing dem I say will never pass away.
32 “Nobody know that day or the hour, not even the angel dem in heaven or the Son, but only the Father know.
33 Continue looking, and yor must not sleep because yor not know the time God na choose.
34 It just like one man who wor traveling to another country. He left his house and tell his slave dem to take care of it. He give each person their work and he also order the person who minding the gate to keep on the watch.
35 So keep on the watch because yor not know when the master for the house coming, whether that in the evening, midnight or before day break, or soon in the morning,
36 so that when he come the time yor not expecting him, he will not meet yor sleeping.
37 But the thing dem I telling yor, I telling everybody: Yor keep on the watch.”
