When we make friends with people who love God, we can benefit and they can benefit too. We will be able to “keep encouraging one another and building one another up.”—1 Thessalonians 5:11.

2. How Jehovah can feel about the friends we make?

Jehovah can take time to choose his friend them. “His close friendship is with the upright.” (Proverbs 3:32) How Jehovah can feel when we make friends with people who not love him? He can really feel bad! (Read James 4:4.) But Jehovah will be happy and he will make us his friend if we not go around bad friends. He will also be happy when we draw close to him and people who love him.—Psalm 15:1-4.
