One man wor living in Uz who use to worship Jehovah. His name wor Job. He wor rich and he wor having big family. He wor kind, and he use to help poor people, women who their husband dem die, and children who not get parents. But you think just because Job wor doing the right thing, it mean he will not face any problem?

Satan the Devil wor looking at Job, but Job not know. Jehovah ask Satan: ‘You na see my servant Job? Nobody looking like him on the earth. He can listen to me and do the right thing.’ Then Satan tell Jehovah say: ‘Yes, that true Job can obey you, because you can protect and bless him. You give him land and animals. But take everything from him, and he will stop worshipping you.’ Then Jehovah tell Satan say: ‘You can test Job. But don’t kill him.’ Why Jehovah allow Satan to test Job? Because Jehovah wor sure that Job will remain faithful.

Satan started testing Job with different-different problems. First, Satan send the people they call the Sabeans to steal Job cow and his donkey dem. Then fire kill all Job sheep dem. Another group of people they call the Chaldeans, steal his camel dem. Then they kill his servants who wor taking care of his animals. The next problem wor even bad more than all the other one dem. When all Job children dem wor having party in one house, the house fall down on them and they die. Job wor really feeling bad, but he not stop worshipping Jehovah.

 Satan wanted Job to suffer even more, so he make sores to come all over Job body. He wor really in pain. Job not know why all this thing dem wor happening to him. But still Job continue to worship Jehovah. God see everything Job wor going through. And he wor happy with Job.

Then Satan send three men to test Job. They tell Job say: ‘It looking like you na commit sin and you trying to hide it. That why God punishing you.’ Job tell them say: ‘I not do anything bad.’ But then Job started thinking that Jehovah wor the one who wor making him to suffer. And he even say that God wor not fair to him.

One young man name Elihu wor listening to the thing dem they wor talking. Then he tell them say: ‘The thing all of yor saying not true. We not able to understand the way Jehovah great. Jehovah can never act wicked. He can see everything and he can help people with their problems.’

Then Jehovah tell Job say: ‘Where place you wor eh when I made the heaven and the earth? Why you say I not fair? You just talking, but you not know why this thing dem happening.’ Job agree that he make mistake so he say: ‘I wor wrong. I na hear about you, but now I really know you. Nothing impossible for you. And sorry for what I say.’

When Satan finish testing Job, Jehovah made Job well again and give him more than the thing dem he wor having before. Job live for long time and he wor happy. Jehovah bless Job for listening to him even when it wor hard. You want be like Job and continue to worship Jehovah, no matter what happen?
