LESSON 24
They Not Do What They Promise
Jehovah tell Moses say: ‘Come up to me on the mountain. I will write my law dem on flat rocks and give it to you.’ So Moses go on the mountain and he stay there for 40 days and 40 nights. When Moses wor there, Jehovah write the Ten Commandments on two flat rocks and give it to him.
After some time, the Israelite dem wor thinking that Moses finish leaving them. Then they tell Aaron say: ‘We want somebody to lead us. Make god for us!’ So Aaron tell them say: ‘Yor give me the gold yor get.’ Then he melt the gold dem and made golden cow from it. Then the people say: ‘This golden cow that our God who bring us from Egypt!’ So they started worshiping the golden cow, and they even have party for it. You think that bad thing they do? Yes, because the people promise to worship only Jehovah. But now, they finish breaking that promise.
Jehovah see what wor happening, so he tell Moses say: ‘Go down to the people. They disobeying me and worshipping false god.’ When Moses wor going down the mountain, he carry the two flat rocks.
When he wor getting close to the camp, he hear the people singing. Then he see them dancing and bowing down to the golden cow. Moses wor too vex, so he throw the two flat rocks on the ground, and everything chakla. Right away he destroy the golden cow. Then he ask Aaron say: ‘How this people manage to convince you to do this kindna bad thing?’ Then Aaron tell Moses say: ‘Don’t get vex. You know how this people can behave. They wanted god, so I throw their gold in the fire and this cow come out!’ Aaron wor not suppose to do that kindna thing. Moses go back on the mountain and beg Jehovah to forgive the Israelite dem.
Jehovah forgive the people who wor willing to obey him. You see why it wor important for the Israelite dem to follow Moses direction?
