Be Kind

Principle: “Love is . . . kind.”—1 Cor. 13:4.

Wetin Jesus Do

1. Watch the VIDEO, or read John 9:​1-7. Then answer this question them:

  1.    Wetin Jesus do first, he preach the good news to the blind man or he heal him?—See John 9:​35-38.

  2.   Why you think the man was willing to listen to Jesus?

2. People will really want listen to our message when they feel that we care for them.

Follow Jesus Example

3. Put yourself in the person shoes. Try to imagine how the person feeling.

  1.    Ask yourself this question them: ‘Wetin worrying the person? Wetin will touch their heart and help them?’ When you think on this question them, it will help you to be kind to them from your heart.

  2.   Show that you care for the person by listening to them. If somebody tell you how they feel about something or that they facing certain problem, don’t change the topic.

4. Be kind and show respect when you talking. When you feeling sorry for people and you really want help them, they will know it from the way you will talk. Be careful with what you say and how you say it, and don’t say thing them that will make the person to feel bad.

5. Be willing to help. Look for way to do thing them that will help the person. When you kind, it can make people to want listen to you.
