Make people get interest in the thing you coming talk. Ask one question, say something, give one true life story, or something in the news that people like to talk about.

Help the people know what you want talk about. Make sure you tell them what you want talk about, and the reason why you want talk about it must be clear in your introduction.

Show why the thing you want talk about important. Talk about something that on the people mind. Help the people to see how the thing you talking about can help them.
