Brothers who taking the lead must set good example (Nu 7:10; it-1-E 497 ¶3)

God people must do everything in order and be organize (Nu 7:11; it-2-E 796 ¶1)

Jehovah know what you able to do and what you not able to do (Nu 8:​25, 26; w04-E 8/1 25 ¶1)

The same way Jehovah put his people them together in Israel, that just how he na organize his people today. So, let remember that Jehovah know all of us one by one. And he know what we able to do for him.
