• Choose good place. If it possible, find area where you can see good and it not pack with plenty things. Maybe you can sit down near table or desk, or find somewhere outside that good.

• Find quiet place. Jesus use to pray “early in the morning” in “an isolated place.” (Mark 1:35) If it hard to find quiet place, you can tell your family or housemates your study time so they can’t disturb you.

• Continue to be focus. Don’t let nothing disturb you. If you using your tablet or phone to study, put it on silent or airplane mode so it can’t disturb you. If you think on something that you suppose to do like house work or other things while studying, just write it down so you can do it later on. If you not too focus on your study, go walk around small.
