  •   Ukubhema kungakubulala. I-nicotine etholakala phakathi kwegwayi iyingozi kakhulu njalo yenza umuntu ehluleke ukuhlala engabhemanga iphinde yenze kube nzima lokuthi atshiye ukubhema.   •   Ukubhema usebenzisa imitshina (vaping) lakho kuyingozi. Ukubhema usebenzisa imitshina okuthiwa ngama-vape pens kumbe ama-electronic cigarettes lakho kuyawalimaza amaphaphu njalo kungabangela lokufa. Indlela lezi zokubhema lazo zile-nicotine ejayele ukuthokala emihlangeni yegwayi okuyiyo eyenza umuntu obhemayo ahlale efuna ukubhema. Omunye umbiko uveza ukuthi i-nicotine etholakala kuma e-cigarettes ibangela ukuthi abasakhulayo bacine besebenzisa lezinye izidakamizwa.

     Ongacabanga ngakho: Ubona angani abasakhulayo ababhemayo bayathokoza yini ukwedlula abangabhemiyo? Bayenelisa yini ukulwisana lobunzima abangahlangana labo empilweni? Abakwenzayo akusoze kubadalele ezinye inhlupho yini?

  •    Dinga indlela eziqondileyo zokulwisana lokukhathazeka. Ezinye indlela ezinhle zokulwisana lokukhathazeka zigoqela ukuqeqetsha umzimba, ukubala amabhuku kumbe ukuzikwejisela labangane abenza okuhle. Awusoze ufise ukubhema nxa ungahlala ulezinto ezinengi ezinhle zokwenza.

 Abantu abanengi bathi ukubhema imbanje akulangozi kodwa lawo ngamanga.

  •   Abasakhulayo ababhema imbanje bangacina bengasenelisi ukuphila bengazibhemanga kumbe bathwale nzima ukuziyekela. Abachwayisisayo sebathola ukuthi imbanje ziyaphambanisa indlela ingqondo esebenza ngayo okubangela ukuthi kube nzima ukuthi umuntu abambe izinto azifundayo.
