Ukuthululwa kommoya ocwengileko ngePentekoste langomnyaka ka-33, ngemva kwamalanga alitjhumi uJesu akhuphukele ezulwini, bekubufakazi bokuthi kwamambala uJesu usezulwini. Obunye ubufakazi obungeziweko bebuzokulandela. Ngaphambi kokuthi umfundi uStefani akghadlhwe ngamatje ngombana amtjhumayeli othembekileko, warhuwelela wathi: “Qalani! Ngibona amazulu avulekile neNdodana yomuntu ijame ngesandleni sokudla sakaZimu.”—IzEnzo 7:56.

NakanoYise ezulwini, uJesu bekazokulindela umyalo onqophileko, owabikezelwa eliZwini lakaZimu. Nakasesephasini, uJesu waqalisela amezwi wesiphorofido sakaDavida kuye, nakathi: ‘UJehova wathi eKosinami [uJesu]: “Hlala ngesidleni sami bekube kulapho ngibeka amanabakho ngaphasi kweenyawo zakho.”’ Nakuphela isikhathi sokulinda, ‘uzokubusa phakathi kwamanabakhe.’ (Matewu 22:44; IRhubo 110:1, 2) Alo-ke, khuyini uJesu azoyenza nakasezulwini, asalinde bona kufike isikhathi sokulwa namanabakhe?

Ibandla lobuKrestu, lathonywa ngePentekoste langomnyaka ka-33. Asezulwini, uJesu wathoma ukubusa abafundi bakhe abazeswe ngommoya ocwengileko. (Kolose 1:13) Wabanqophisa emsebenzinabo wokutjhumayela begodu wabalungiselela indima ebebazoyidlala esikhathini esizako. Ngiyiphi indima leyo? Labo abathembeka bekube sekufeni, bazokuvuswa begodu babemakhosi babuse noJesu emBusweni.

Isibonelo esihle somuntu obekazokuba yikosi esikhathini esizako nguSawula, obekaziwa ngegama lakhe lesiRoma elithi Powula. BekamJuda otjhisakalela khulu umThetho kaZimu, kodwana wakhohliswa badosiphambili bekolo yamaJuda kangangokuthi wavuma ukuthi uStefani akghadlhwe ngamatje. Ngemva kwalokho, uPowula watjhinga eDamaseku ‘waphikelela ngokuthusela abafundi beKosi begodu anesifiso esikhulu sokubabulala.’ UmPhristi oPhakemeko uKhayafasi wamnikela ilungelo lokubopha abafundi bakaJesu bese abalethe eJerusalema. (IzEnzo 7:58; 9:1) Nokho, kuthe uSawula asesendleleni yokuya eDamaseku, umkhanyo omkhulu wapanyaza kuye ngemva kwalokho wawela phasi.

Ilizwi elivela ezulwini lathi kuye: “Sawula, Sawula, kubayini ungihlunguphaza?” USawula wabuza wathi: “Kosi ungubani?” Ilizwi laphendula lathi: “NginguJesu, loyo omhlunguphazako.”—IzEnzo 9:4, 5.

UJesu watjela uSawula bona angene eDamaseku begodu alinde umlayezo ovela kuye, kodwana kwafuze bona uSawula abanjwe ngesandla ngombana umkhanyo loya wamphophaza. Komunye umbono uJesu wabonakala ku-Ananiyasi, omunye wabafundi bakhe obekahlala eDamaseku. Watjela u-Ananiyasi bona aye emzini lapha azokufumana khona uSawula. U-Ananiyasi bekasaba ukuya, kodwana uJesu wamqinisekisa wathi: “Indoda leyo isisitja esikhethiweko kimi bona iphathe ibizo lami eentjhabeni nemakhosini nebantwaneni bakwa-Israyeli.” Ngemva kwalokho u-Ananiyasi waya walapha uSawula, begodu khonapho eDamaseku uSawula “wathoma ukumemezela ngoJesu ngemasinagogeni, ukuthi uyiNdodana kaZimu.”—IzEnzo 9:15, 20.

Basekelwa nguJesu, uPowula nabanye ebekatjhumayela nabo baraga nomsebenzi wokutjhumayela owathonywa nguJesu. UZimu wababusisa ngemiphumela emihle khulu. Pheze ngemva kweminyaka ema-25 uJesu abonakala kuye nakasendleleni eya eDamaseku, uPowula watlola ukuthi iindaba ezimnandi ‘zitjhunyayelwe kiyo yoke indalo engaphasi kwezulu.’—Kolose 1:23.

Eminyakeni eminengi ngemva kwalokho, uJesu wabonisa umpostoli amthandako uJwanisi umlandelande wemibono, efumaneka emTlolweni weSambulo. Ngemibono le, uJwanisi waphila bekwaba sikhathi sokubuya kwakaJesu emBusweni anamandla. (Jwanisi 21:22) ‘Ngokuphefumulelwa [uJwanisi] waba selangeni leKosi.’ (IsAmbulo 1:10) Belizokuba nini ilangelo?

Ukufundisiswa kwesiphorofido seBhayibheli kuveza ukuthi ‘ilanga leKosi’ lithome ngesikhathi sethu. Ngomnyaka ka-1914 kwaqubuka ipi eyaziwa ngokuthi yiPi yePhasi yokuThoma. Kusukela ngesikhatheso izipi ezingeziweko, indlala, ukusikinyeka kwephasi nobunye ubufakazi butjengisa ukuzaliseka ngokuzeleko ‘kwesibonakaliso’ uJesu asinikela abapostoli bakhe malungana ‘nokuba khona kwakhe nokuphela kwephasi.’ (Matewu 24:3, 7, 8, 14) Namhlanjesi iindaba ezimnandi zomBuso zitjhunyayelwa ephasini loke, ingasi eeNarheni eziBuswa yiRoma kwaphela.

UJwanisi waphefumelelwa bona ahlathulule ukuthi kutjho ukuthini lokhu, wathi: “Nje-ke ifikile isindiso namandla nomBuso kaZimethu nelawulo lakaKrestu wakhe.” (IsAmbulo 12:10) Nangambala, umBuso kaZimu osezulwini, lowo uJesu atjhumayele ngawo kabanzi, uyinto yamambala.

Lezo ziindaba ezimnandi kibo boke abafundi bakaJesu abathembekileko. Bangakhuthazwa mamezwi kaJwanisi athi: “Ngebanga lalokhu, thabani nina enihlala ezulwini! Maye ngephasi nangelwandle, ngombana uDeveli wehlele kini, anelaka elikhulu, azi ukuthi unesikhathi esifitjhani.”—IsAmbulo 12:12.

Ngalokho, uJesu sekasukile esandleni sakaYise sangesidleni lapho bekalinde khona. SekayiKosi ebusako begodu msinyana uzowaqeda woke amanabakhe. (Hebheru 10:12, 13) Ngimaphi-ke amatjhuguluko athabisako esiwalindeleko?
