YOLEMBEDWA NDI WOLEMBA GALAMUKANI! KU GHANA

ANTHU ambiri amadya ndi foloko, mpeni, ndiponso supuni. Ena, monga anthu omwe anakulira m’mayiko a ku Asia, amadya ndi timitengo tinatake. Komabe pali zakudya zina zomwe anthu ena amati zimakoma kuzidya ndi manja basi. Chitsanzo ndicho, nyama yowotcha yanganga, nyama yankhuku, zitumbuwa, mabanzi a mazira mkati, ndiponso mikate.

Komano bwanji za thendo? Kodi mungalidye ndi manja? Mwina munganene kuti, ‘N’zosatheka zimenezo! Limatentha komanso limakanirira m’manja, ndipo siligwirika kwenikweni.’ M’mayiko ambiri mu Africa muno, anthu anazoloŵera kudya ndi manja zinthu monga thendo monganso mmene amwenye anazoloŵerera kudya ndi timitengo. Talekani tikuuzeni za mtundu wa chakudya chinachake cha ku Ghana ndiponso kusangalatsa kodya chakudyachi opanda mafoloko ndi mipeni.

Fufu Wothira Thendo la Mtedza

Popanga chakudya chimene amati fufu amatenga mtundu winawake wa nthochi zomwe zimakhala zikuluzikulu kwambiri n’kuziphika pamodzi ndi chinangwa ndipotu chinangwa chimalimidwa m’madera onse otentha padzikoli. Nthochi ndi chinangwachi amayamba azisenda n’kuzitsuka kenaka n’kuziphika mpaka zitafika popsa kwambiri. Akatsanula madzi otsala, amazitibula mu mtondo kuti zikhale chiphalaphala cholimbirako pang’ono. Zikasakanikirana mokwanira komanso zikasalala, amazinyemanyema n’kuzibulungiza bwinobwino.

Thendo la mtedza amaliphika ndi nsinjiro, nyama kapena nsomba, tomato, anyezi, tsabola, ndiponso zokometsera zina n’zina. Ndiye amaika fufu uja m’mbale, pamwamba pake n’kukhuthulirapo thendo lija, lili nthunzi katukatu.

Kadyedwe Kake

Kodi ndiye akakuphikirani chakudya chokomachi, mumachidya bwanji ndi manja okha? Imeneyo si nkhani ayi, chachikulu n’kutsatira njira yolondola ya kadyedwe kake.

Poyamba penipeni mumasamba m’manja mwanu bwinobwino. Kenaka pisani zala za mkono wamanja m’thendo lija. Komatu mukhale wosamala kwambiri! Ngati simunazoloŵere zimenezi, zikhoza kukuotchani ndithu!

Ndiyeno nyemani fufu uja pogwiritsira ntchito chala chanu chamanthu, mkombaphala, mkhalapakati, ndi mteketeke. Nthongo imene munyemeyo muinyike m’thendolo, n’kuidinikiza ndi chala chanu chamanthu kuti ichite kadzenje pang’ono kuti kakuthandizeni kutapa bwino thendolo.

Mukatero, kuti nthongoyo ifike pakamwa, mutukule mkonowo bwinobwino kuti thendolo lisatayikire n’kuyamba kuyenderera mkono wonsewo mpakana kuchigongono.

Pochita zimenezi, muŵeramitse mutu wanu pang’ono ndipo mkono wanu ukafika pakamwa, loŵetsani nthongoyo mkamwa ndi chala chanu cha mkhalapakati ndiponso cha mteketeke. Izi n’zimene mumakhala mukuchita mpaka mutamaliza chakudya chonsecho. Zinthu zina zomwe zinaphatikizidwa pophika thendo lija monga nthuli zanyama zimakhala bwino kuzidya pazokha osati mophatikiza ndi fufu. Ndipo ngati thendolo latsala, mukhoza kukombeza.

Mmene Zimakhalira

Anthu ena a ku Ghana amati, kuti chakudyachi achimve bwino amafuna kuti achione, achigwire, achimve kununkhira kwake, achimve chikuŵira, ndiponso achimve kukoma kwake.
