ZINTHU zimene mumamva mumtima mwanu zimatha kukhala zamphamvu kwambiri. Zimakuchititsani kuganiza ndi kuchita zinthu mwa njira ina yake. Zikhoza kukuchititsani zinthu zabwino kapena zoipa. (Miyambo 24:10) Koma kodi mungaphunzire bwanji kuganizira zinthu zolimbikitsa n’kuyamba kuugwira mtima?

Njira ina imene ingakuthandizeni kuugwira mtima ndiyo kukhala ndi zolinga zabwino, zoti mukhozadi kuzikwanitsa ndi kuzindikira kuti pali zinthu zina zomwe simungathe kuchita. Chinanso, pewani kudziyerekezera molakwika ndi anthu ena. Pa Agalatiya 6:4, Baibulo limapereka malangizo abwino. Limati: “Yense ayesere ntchito yake ya iye yekha, ndipo pamenepo adzakhala nako kudzitamandira chifukwa cha iye yekha, si chifukwa cha wina.”

Kubweza mkwiyo kukhoza kukhala vuto lina lalikulu. Mofanana ndi Kate, amene tamutchula poyambirira uja, mkwiyo umachititsa achinyamata ambiri kunena ndi kuchita zinthu zopweteka ena ndi zowononga.

N’zoona kuti aliyense amakwiya nthawi zina. Koma kumbukirani munthu woyamba kupha mnzake, Kaini. Pamene “anakwiya kwambiri,” Mulungu anamuchenjeza kuti mkwiyo woterowo ukhoza kumuchititsa tchimo lalikulu. Anafunsa Kaini kuti: ‘Iwenso sudzalamulira [tchimolo] kodi?’ (Genesis 4:5-7, NW) Kaini sanamvere malangizo a Mulungu amenewa. Koma inuyo mukhoza kubweza mkwiyo wanu ndi kupewa kuchimwa pothandizidwa ndi Mulungu.

Apanso chachikulu ndi kudziletsa. Pa Miyambo 19:11, Baibulo limati: “Kulingalira kwa munthu kuchedwetsa mkwiyo; ulemerero wake uli wakuti akhululukire cholakwa.” Winawake akakukwiyitsani, yesetsani kumvetsa chifukwa chimene wachitira zimenezo. Kodi munthuyo amafuna kukupsetsani mtima mwadala? Kodi n’kutheka kuti munthuyo anangopupuluma pochita zimenezo kapena anazichita m’chimbulimbuli? Kulolera zolakwa za ena kumasonyeza kuti mukutsanzira chifundo cha Mulungu, ndipo kungakuthandizeni kubweza mkwiyo wanu.

Koma bwanji ngati pali chifukwa chabwino chokwiyira? Malemba amati: ‘Kwiyani, koma musachimwe.’ (Aefeso 4:26) Ngati pangafunike kutero, kambiranani ndi munthu winayo. (Mateyu 5:23, 24) Kapena mwina chinthu chabwino kwambiri kuchita ndicho kusiya kukwiyako n’kungoiiwala nkhaniyo.

Mwina simungaganize choncho, koma zimene mumachita mukakwiya mukhoza kuzitengera kwa anzanu. Choncho Baibulo limalangiza kuti: “Usayanjane ndi munthu wokwiya msanga; ngakhale kupita ndi mwamuna waukali; kuti ungaphunzire mayendedwe ake, ndi kutengera moyo wako msampha.”—Miyambo 22:24, 25.

Kukhala ndi anthu amene amayesetsa kubweza mkwiyo wawo kungakuthandizeni kuphunzira kudziletsa. M’mipingo yachikristu ya Mboni za Yehova muli anthu ambiri okhwima maganizo oterowo, ndipo ambiri a iwo ndi aakulu ndiponso odziwa zambiri kuposa inuyo. Adziweni bwino ena mwa anthu amenewa. Yang’anitsitsani zomwe amachita akakumana ndi mavuto. Akhozanso kukupatsani malangizo abwino zinthu zikakuvutani. (Miyambo 24:6) Jacob, amene tinamutchula kale uja, anati: “Ndimaona kuti kukhala ndi mnzanga wokhwima maganizo amene angandikumbutse Mawu a Mulungu n’kothandiza kwambiri. Ndikakumbukira kuti Yehova amandikonda ngakhale kuti sindidzidalira, ndimatha kuugwira mtima n’kukhala pamtendere.”

Zinthu Zina Zothandiza Zomwe Mungachite

Buku lina lodziwika kwambiri lonena za kuchita zinthu zolimbitsa thupi limati: “Kafukufuku wambirimbiri wasonyeza kuti mmene mumagwiritsira ntchito thupi lanu zimakhudza maganizo anu chifukwa cha zimene zimachitika m’kati mwa thupi lanu. Timadzi tinatake ta m’thupi ndi mpweya umene uli m’thupi lanu zimasintha malinga ndi mmene mukugwiritsira ntchito thupi lanu.” N’zosachita kufunsa, kuchita zinthu zolimbitsa thupi n’kothandiza. Baibulo limatiuza kuti: “Kulimbitsa thupi kuli ndi phindu ndithu.” (1 Timoteo 4:8, Chipangano Chatsopano mu Chichewa cha Lero) Bwanji osayamba kuchita zinthu zolimbitsa thupi nthawi ndi nthawi ndiponso mosapambanitsa? Zingakuthandizeni kumamva bwino mumtima. Kudya zakudya zabwino kungakuthandizeninso.

Ganiziraninso nyimbo ndi zosangalatsa zomwe mumakonda. Pa kafukufuku winawake amene zotsatirapo zake anazilemba m’buku lotchedwa The Harvard Mental Health Letter anapeza kuti: “Kuonerera zachiwawa . . . kumachititsa munthu kukhala ndi mkwiyo ndiponso kufuna kuchita zachiwawa. . . . Anthu amene ankaonerera mafilimu achiwawa ankaganizira zinthu zambiri zachiwawa ndiponso magazi awo ankathamanga kwambiri kuposa anthu omwe sankaonerera zachiwawazo.” Choncho muzisankha mwanzeru zinthu zimene mumamvera ndi kuonerera.—Salmo 1:1-3; 1 Akorinto 15:33.

Koposa zonse, njira yabwino kwambiri yokuthandizani kuugwira mtima ndiyo kukhala pa ubwenzi wabwino ndi Mlengi wanu. Mlengiyu amatipempha tonsefe kuti tizimulankhula m’pemphero, kuti tizimuuza zakukhosi ndiponso zimene tikumva mu mtima mwathu. Mtumwi Paulo analimbikitsa kuti: ‘Musadere nkhawa konse. Zopempha zanu zidziwike kwa Mulungu. Ndipo mtendere wa Mulungu wakupambana chidziwitso chonse, udzasunga mitima yanu ndi maganizo anu.’ Zoonadi, mukhoza kukhala ndi mphamvu zokuthandizani kulimbana ndi chilichonse pamoyo wanu. Mtumwi Paulo anawonjezera kuti: “Ndikhoza zonse mwa Iye wondipatsa mphamvuyo.”—Afilipi 4:6, 7, 13.

Mtsikana wina wamng’ono dzina lake Malika anati: “Ndaphunzira kupemphera nthawi zonse. Kudziwa kuti Yehova amandikonda kumandithandiza kukhala pamtendere ndi kuugwira mtima.” Mothandizidwa ndi Mulungu, nanunso mukhoza kuphunzira kuugwira mtima.
