11  After Jesus don tell im 12 disciples wetin them suppose do, e come comot for there go teach and preach for the cities wey dey around that area.  But when John hear for prison about the things wey Christ de do, e come send im disciples  to go ask-am say: “Na you be the Person Wey De Come, or make we expect another person?”  Jesus come answer them say: “Make una go tell John wetin una de hear and see:  Blind people don de see, people wey no fit waka de waka, people wey get leprosy de clean, deaf people de hear, people wey don die de come back to life, and poor people de hear the good news.  Person wey no see any reason to fall because of me go happy.”  As the disciples of John de comot, Jesus come start to talk to the plenty people about John say: “Wetin una go wilderness go see? Na tall grass wey breeze de blow up and down?  Wetin una come go there go see? Na person wey wear fine cloth? But people wey de wear fine-fine cloths,* na house of kings them dey.  So why una really go there? To see prophet? Yes, na prophet e be, and e even pass prophet by far. 10  Na this person them write about say: ‘See! I de send my messenger make e first you go, and e go make your road ready for you!’ 11  True-true, I de tell una say, among the people wey women born, e no get anybody wey big pass John the Baptist, but the person wey small pass for the Kingdom wey dey heaven, big pass-am. 12  From the time of John the Baptist come reach now, na the Kingdom wey dey heaven people de really struggle to enter, and people wey continue to struggle, de enter-am. 13  Because before John come, all the Prophets and the Law talk wetin go happen for front, 14  and whether una gree or una no gree, na John be the ‘E·li′jah wey them talk say e go come.’ 15  Make person wey get ear listen. 16  “Na who I go use this generation compare? E be like small children wey sitdown for market area them, wey de talk to other children wey them de follow play, 17  say: ‘We play flute for una, but una no dance; we cry no be small, but una no do wetin show say e really pain una.’* 18  Na so e still be, when John come, e no chop and e no drink, but people de talk say, ‘Demon dey im body.’ 19  But the Son of man come, de chop and de drink, but people de talk say, ‘See! Na man wey de overchop and overdrink e be, and na friend of people wey de collect tax and sinners.’ Anyhow e be, person wey get better sense de use the things wey e de do* show say e dey righteous.”* 20  Then e start to condemn the cities where e do miracles pass, because them no repent. E talk say: 21  “You go suffer, Cho·ra′zin! You go suffer, Beth·sa′i·da! because if to say the miracles wey them do for una place, na for Tyre and Si′don them do them, them for don repent tey-tey, and them for wear sackcloth and sitdown for ashes. 22  But I de tell una say, for Judgment Day, e go dey easy for Tyre and Si′don pass una. 23  What of you, Ca·per′na·um? Them go raise you go heaven? Na inside Grave* you go go. Because if to say the miracles wey them do for your place, na for Sod′om them do them, e for still dey till today. 24  But I de tell una say, for Judgment Day, e go easy for the land of Sod′om pass una.” 25  For that time, Jesus come talk say: “I de praise you for front of everybody, Papa, you wey be Lord of heaven and earth, because you don hide this things from people wey get sense and wey know book, and you don show them to small children. 26  Na so e be, Papa, because na wetin you want be that.” 27  Jesus come still talk say: “My Papa don put everything for my hand. Nobody really know the Son except the Papa, and nobody really know the Papa except the Son and anybody wey the Son want show who im Papa be. 28  Make una come meet me, una wey don tire* and wey carry heavy load, and I go make una strong again. 29  Make una carry my yoke,* and learn from me, because I dey gentle and de carry body down, and una go dey strong again. 30  Because my yoke dey easy to carry and my load no heavy.”
