If you like, I go build three tent for here, one for you, one for Moses and one for E·li′jah.”  As e still de talk, see! bright cloud cover them and see! one voice talk from inside the cloud say: “This na my Son wey I love, wey de make me happy. Make una listen to-am.”  As them hear this one, fear catch the disciples no be small and them fall face ground.  Then Jesus come near them, touch them, and talk say: “Make una stand up. Make una no fear.”  When them look up, the only person wey them see na Jesus.  As them de come down from the mountain, Jesus come warn them say: “Make una no tell anybody about the vision until God bring the Son of man back to life.” 10  But the disciples come ask-am this question say: “So wetin make the scribes* de talk say E·li′jah must first come?” 11  E come answer them say: “True-true, E·li′jah de come and e go make everything go back to how e suppose be. 12  But I de tell una say, E·li′jah don already come, but them no know-am, instead, them do-am as them like. Na so the Son of man go still suffer for their hand.” 13  Then the disciples come understand say e de tell them about John the Baptist. 14  When them come near the plenty people, one man come meet-am, kneel down for im front and talk say: 15  “Lord, pity my son, because e get epilepsy and the thing de suffer-am no be small. Plenty times e de fall inside fire and plenty times e de fall inside water. 16  I carry-am come meet your disciples but them no fit cure-am.” 17  Jesus come talk say: “This generation wey no get faith and wey don spoil finish, how long I go still stay with una? How long I go continue to bear with una? Make una bring-am come.” 18  Then Jesus command the demon and e comot from the boy body. The boy come well from that very time.* 19  Then the disciples come meet Jesus when e dey alone with them and ask-am say: “Why we no fit pursue-am comot?” 20  E tell them say: “Na because una faith small. Because true-true, I de tell una say, if una get faith wey reach the size of mustard seed, una go tell this mountain say, ‘Move from here go there,’ and e go move, and nothing wey una no go fit do.” 21  *—— 22  Na as them gather together for Gal′i·lee, na im Jesus tell them say: “Them go sell the Son of man give people, 23  and them go kill-am, and for the third day, God go bring-am back to life.” And wetin e talk pain them no be small. 24  When them don reach Ca·per′na·um, the men wey de collect the two drachmas* tax meet Peter and ask-am say: “Una teacher no de pay the two drachmas tax?” 25  E talk say: “E de pay.” But when e enter the house, Jesus first talk to-am and ask-am say: “Simon, wetin you think? Na from which people the kings of the earth de collect different-different tax? Na from their children or from strangers?” 26  When e talk say: “Na from strangers,” Jesus tell-am say: “If na so, e mean say the children no suppose pay tax. 27  But so that we no go make them vex, make you go throw fish hook for sea and take the first fish wey you catch. When you open the mouth, you go see silver coin.* Take-am, and give-am to them for me and you.”
