14  Now for I·co′ni·um, them enter inside the synagogue of Jew people together and the way wey them talk make plenty-plenty people wey be Jew and Greek believe the good news.  But the Jew people wey no believe the good news move the people* of the nations and spoil their mind to dey against the brothers.  So them spend long time de talk with no fear and them use power from Jehovah wey show say the message of im special favor na true, as e use them do signs and wonderful things.  But the people wey de live for the city divide. Some of them support the Jew people, but other ones support the apostles.  When the people of the nations and the Jew people with the people wey de rule them try to treat them anyhow and stone them,  them hear about-am and them run go the cities of Lyc·a·o′ni·a, Lys′tra and Der′be, and the village them wey dey around there.  And them continue to preach the good news for there.  Now for Lys′tra, one man sitdown wey no fit use im leg waka. E get problem with im leg from the time wey them born-am and e never waka before.  This man de listen to Paul as e de talk. Paul look the man straight and as e see say e get faith wey fit make-am well, 10  e talk with loud voice say: “Stand up.” So the man jump up and start to waka. 11  When the plenty people see wetin Paul don do, them shout for Lyc·a·o′ni·a language say: “The gods don turn to humans and them don come down to us!” 12  And them start to call Bar′na·bas Zeus, but them call Paul Her′mes, because na Paul dey front de talk. 13  And the priest of Zeus, wey im temple dey for where them de pass enter the city, bring bulls and flowers to the gate, and e want do sacrifice together with the plenty people. 14  But when apostle Bar′na·bas and apostle Paul hear about-am, them tear their cloth and run go meet the plenty people and shout say: 15  “My people, why una de do this things? We be humans like una and we get where we dey weak like una. We de preach the good news to una so that una go turn back from this useless things and follow the God wey dey alive, the Person wey make heaven, earth, sea, and everything wey dey inside them. 16  For time wey don pass, e allow all the nations make them de do wetin them want, 17  even though say e show who e be as e do good, e de give una rain from heaven and de make the things wey una plant to really produce well for their season, e de make una belleful with food, and de make una heart full with joy.” 18  And even as them talk this things, e really hard for them to stop the people make them no do sacrifice for them. 19  But Jew people come from Antioch and I·co′ni·um and them make the plenty people change their mind. So them stone Paul and drag-am go outside the city and them de think say e don die. 20  But when the disciples surround-am, e get up and enter the city. The next day, e comot with Bar′na·bas go Der′be. 21  After them don preach the good news for that city, and them don make some people become disciples, them go back to Lys′tra, I·co′ni·um, and Antioch. 22  For there, them make the disciples* dey strong, them encourage them make them continue to dey for the faith, and them talk say: “We must suffer plenty things before we enter the Kingdom of God.” 23  Apart from that one, them appoint elders for them for each congregation. Them pray and fast, and them put them for the hand of Jehovah, the Person wey them don believe. 24  Then them pass through Pi·sid′i·a and enter Pam·phyl′i·a, 25  and after them don preach the word for Perga, them go down to At·ta·li′a. 26  From there, them enter ship go Antioch, where the brothers be don put them for the hand of God and im special favor to do the work wey them don complete now. 27  When them don reach the place and them don gather the congregation together, them tell them the plenty things wey God don use them do and say e don open door for people of the nations so that them go fit get faith. 28  So them spend some time with the disciples.
