17  Then e tell im disciples say: “The things wey go make people fall must come, but e no go better for the person wey go bring them!  E go better for-am make them hang grinding stone wey donkey de turn, for im neck and throw-am inside sea, than make e make one of this small ones fall.  Make una dey careful. If your brother commit sin, correct-am and if e repent, forgive-am.  Even if e sin against you seven times for one day and e come back to you seven times, de talk say, ‘No vex, forgive me,’ you must forgive-am.”  The apostles come tell the Lord say: “Give us more faith.”  Then the Lord talk say: “If una get faith wey reach the size of mustard seed, una go tell this black mulberry tree say, ‘Uproot yourself and go plant yourself for sea!’ and e go obey una.  “Which one of una wey get slave wey de use plow* work for farm or de care for sheep go tell-am after e come from farm say, ‘Oya come sitdown make you chop for table’?  Instead no be wetin e go tell-am be this, say, ‘Go cook wetin I go chop this evening, wear your apron and serve me until I chop and drink finish, then you fit go chop and drink’?  E no go thank the slave say e do wetin e tell-am, abi e go thank-am? 10  Na so e still be, when una don do all the things wey them talk say make una do, make una talk say: ‘Na ordinary slaves we be. Wetin we do na wetin we suppose do.’” 11  When e de go Jerusalem, e pass the boundary of Sa·mar′i·a and Gal′i·lee. 12  And as e de enter one village, ten men wey get leprosy come meet-am, but them stand for far place. 13  Them come raise their voice, de talk say: “Jesus, Teacher, pity us!” 14  When e see them, e tell them say: “Make una go show unaself to the priests.” Then as them de go, their body come clean. 15  When one of them see say them don heal-am, e go back and start to praise God with loud voice. 16  E come kneel down face ground for front of Jesus de thank-am. Another thing be say, na Sa·mar′i·a person e be. 17  Jesus come talk say: “Na all the ten people their body clean, no be so? So where the other nine people? 18  Apart from this man wey come from another nation, no other person come back come praise God?” 19  Then e tell the man say: “Get up make you de go; your faith don make you well.” 20  When Pharisee people ask-am about when the Kingdom of God go come, e answer them say: “The Kingdom of God no de come for way wey everybody go just notice-am. 21  And people no go talk say, ‘See, e dey here!’ or, ‘E dey there!’ Because see! the Kingdom of God dey among una.” 22  Then e tell im disciples say: “Time de come when una go want see one of the days of the Son of man, but una no go see-am. 23  And people go tell una say, ‘See e dey there!’ or, ‘See e dey here!’ But make una no go out or run follow them. 24  Because just as thunder light de shine from one part of heaven go another part of heaven, na so the Son of man go be for im day. 25  But first, e must suffer well-well and this generation go reject-am. 26  Apart from that one, just as e be for the time of Noah, na so e go be for the days of the Son of man: 27  them be de chop, them be de drink, men de marry and them de give women out for marriage, until that day wey Noah enter inside the ark, and the Flood come destroy all of them. 28  And e go still be as e be for the time of Lot: people be de chop, them be de drink, them be de buy, them be de sell, them be de plant, them be de build. 29  But for the day wey Lot comot from Sod′om, fire and sulfur fall from heaven and destroy all of them. 30  Na so e go still be for the day wey them go show who the Son of man be. 31  “For that day, make person wey dey ontop house, wey e things dey inside house no come down come carry the things. Na so e still be for person wey dey for farm, make e no come back come take the things wey e leave. 32  Remember Lot wife. 33  Anybody wey de try to save im life* go lose-am, but anybody wey lose-am go get-am back. 34  I de tell una say, for that night, two people go dey for one bed, them go take one and leave the other one. 35  Two women go de grind something for the same grinding stone, them go take one and leave the other one.” 36  *—— 37  So them ask-am say: “Where, Lord?” E tell them say: “Na where dead body dey, na there eagles go gather too.”
