Mark 3:1-35
3 For another time, Jesus come enter one synagogue and one man wey im hand don die* dey there.
2 So them come de put eye for Jesus well-well to see whether e go cure the man for Sabbath day, so that them go see wetin them go take accuse-am.
3 E come tell the man wey im hand don die* say: “Stand up make you come dey for center.”
4 Then e ask them say: “E good to do better thing for Sabbath or to do bad thing, to save life* or to kill?” But them no answer.
5 After e don really vex look all of them, because e de pain-am well-well say their heart strong like stone, e come tell the man say: “Stretch your hand.” E come stretch-am, the hand come heal.
6 Na so the Pharisee people just comot and quick-quick them start to do meeting with the group wey de support Herod, to plan against-am, so that them go kill-am.
7 But Jesus and im disciples comot from there go the sea, and plenty-plenty people wey come from Gal′i·lee and Ju·de′a follow-am.
8 Even from Jerusalem and from Id·u·me′a and from the other side of Jordan, and from around Tyre and Si′don, plenty-plenty people come meet-am, when them hear about the plenty things wey e de do.
9 E come tell im disciples say make them arrange one small boat for-am so that the plenty people no go de push and de tight-am.
10 Because say e cure many people, all the people wey get serious sickness come de surround-am so that them go touch-am.
11 Even the wicked spirits de fall down for im front anytime wey them see-am, de shout and talk say: “You be the Son of God.”
12 But many times e go give them serious warning say make them no let people know who e be.
13 E come climb one mountain and call the people wey e want, and them come meet-am.
14 And e choose 12 people, wey e still call apostles. Na them go de follow-am and na them e go de send to go de preach
15 and them go get authority to pursue demons comot.
16 The 12 people wey e choose na Simon wey e still call Peter,
17 James the son of Zeb′e·dee and John wey be the brother of James (e still give the two of them the name, Bo·a·ner′ges, wey mean “Sons of Thunder”),
18 Andrew, Philip, Bar·thol′o·mew, Matthew, Thomas, James the son of Al·phae′us, Thad·dae′us, Simon wey be Ca·na·nae′an,*
19 and Judas Is·car′i·ot, wey later sell Jesus give im enemies.
Then e enter one house,
20 and plenty people come gather for there again, sotey them no fit even chop.
21 But when im family people hear about-am, them come comot say them want go catch-am, because them de talk say: “E don de craze.”
22 Another thing be say, the scribes* wey come from Jerusalem de talk say: “Be·el′ze·bub* dey im body, and na the power of the ruler of the demons e de use pursue demons comot.”
23 So after e call them come meet-am, e come use examples talk to them say: “How Satan go fit pursue Satan comot?
24 If the people wey dey for any kingdom no dey as one and de fight theirself, that kingdom no go fit stand;
25 and if the people for any family no dey as one and de fight theirself, that family no go fit stand.
26 Na so e still be, if Satan de fight imself and im people no dey as one, e no fit stand. Instead, im own don de finish.
27 The truth be say, nobody wey enter strong man house go fit thief im property if e no first tie the strong man well. Na only when e don tie-am, e go fit carry the property for im house.
28 True-true, I de tell una say, God go forgive people everything wey them do, no matter any sin wey them commit and any bad word wey them talk.
29 But anybody wey talk against the holy spirit, God no go forgive-am forever, that person don commit everlasting sin.”
30 E talk this one because them de talk say: “Wicked spirit* dey im body.”
31 That time, im mama and im brothers come, and stand outside, them come send somebody make e go inside go call-am.
32 As e be say plenty people sitdown around-am, them come tell-am say: “See! Your mama and your brothers dey outside de look for you.”
33 E come answer them say: “Who be my mama and which people be my brothers?”
34 Then e look the people wey sitdown round-am and talk say: “See, na my mama and my brothers be this!
35 Anybody wey de do wetin God want, na that person be my brother and sister and mama.”
