7  “Make una stop to de judge, so that them no go judge una,  because na the way una de judge other people them go judge una, and na wetin una de use measure give other people, na im them go use measure give una.  So why you come de look the small dirty wey dey your brother eye, but you no de see the big wood wey dey your own eye?  Or how you fit tell your brother say, ‘Make I comot the small dirty wey dey your eye,’ when e be say na big wood dey your own eye?  Pretender! First comot the big wood wey dey your own eye, then you go fit see clear to comot the small dirty wey dey your brother eye.  “Make una no give things wey dey holy to dogs, and make una no throw una pearls* give pigs. If not, them go match them for ground then turn and attack una.  “Make una continue to ask, and them go give una; continue to find, and una go see; continue to knock, and them go open for una.  Because anybody wey de ask go get wetin e de ask for, and anybody wey de find something go see wetin e de find, and anybody wey de knock, them go open for-am.  True-true, which one of una im pikin go ask-am for bread, e go come give-am stone? 10  Or if na fish e ask for, na snake e go give-am? 11  So, if una, even as una get sin for body,* know how to give una children better-better gifts, una no think say na una Papa for heaven go even give people wey de ask-am good things pass? 12  “So, everything wey una want make people do to una, una must do-am to them too. Na wetin the Law and the things wey the prophets write mean be this. 13  “Make una pass the small gate, because anybody wey de pass the big gate and the wide road, de go face destruction, and na plenty people de pass-am. 14  But the road wey people go pass to get life, tight, and im gate small, and people wey de see-am no plenty. 15  “Make una dey careful because of the lie-lie prophets wey de come meet una and de pretend say them be sheep,* but for inside, them be wolf* wey de hungry no be small. 16  Na their fruits una go take know them. People no fit pluck grape fruit from chuku-chuku plant, and them no fit pluck fig fruit from chuku-chuku tree, abi them fit? 17  So too, every good tree de produce good fruit, but every tree wey don rotten de produce useless fruit. 18  Good tree no fit produce useless fruit, and tree wey don rotten no fit produce fine fruit. 19  Every tree wey no de produce better fruit, them de cut-am down and throw-am put for fire. 20  So the truth be say, na the fruits wey the lie-lie prophets de produce, una go take know them. 21  “No be everybody wey de call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ go enter the Kingdom wey dey heaven, but na only the person wey de do wetin my Papa wey dey heaven want, go enter. 22  That day, plenty people go tell me say: ‘Lord, Lord, no be your name we use talk as prophets, no be your name we use pursue demons comot, and no be your name we use do plenty big-big miracle?’ 23  Then I go tell them say: ‘I no know una! Make una comot from my front, una wey de do wicked things!’* 24  “So any person wey hear this things wey I de talk and do them, go be like wise man wey build im house ontop rock. 25  And rain fall, flood come, and strong breeze blow hit the house, but e no fall, because na ontop rock them build-am. 26  But anybody wey de hear this things wey I de talk and e no do them, go be like foolish man wey build im house ontop sand-sand. 27  And rain fall, flood come, and strong breeze blow hit the house, e come fall and e scatter finish.” 28  When Jesus talk this things finish, the way e teach really surprise the people, 29  because e teach them like person wey get authority, no be like their scribes.*
