Dem Send Paul Go Rome
Paul end im waka for Jerusalem when e go preach the third time. For there, dem arrest am put for prison. As e dey dream for night, Jesus tell am sey: ‘You go go preach for Rome.’ Dem come carry Paul from Jerusalem go one place wey dem dey call Caesarea. E stay prison for two years for there. When Governor Festus want judge im matter, Paul come sey: ‘Make Caesar judge me for Rome.’ Festus come tell am sey: ‘As you talk sey make Caesar judge you so, you go go meet Caesar.’ Dem come put Paul for boat wey dey go Rome. Two of im Christian brothers follow am, their name na Luke and Aristarchus.
When the boat reach the middle of the water, strong breeze come dey disturb dem. And e happen for many days. Everybody think sey dem go die. But Paul talk sey: ‘My people, angel tell me for dream sey: “Paul, make you no fear, you go reach Rome and nobody for the boat go die.” So make una no fear, we no go die.’
The strong breeze disturb dem for 14 days. Last last, dem come see sey dem don near dry land. Na one island wey dem dey call Malta. The big boat jam ground, na im e scatter. But nothing happen to all the 276 people wey dey inside. Some of dem swim reach land and some hold the small small wood wey remain make dem fit float come land. The people for Malta help dem and even make fire make cold no finish dem.
After three months, the soldiers put Paul for another boat wey dey go Rome. When dem reach Rome, the brothers for there come greet am. As Paul see dem, im mind come strong. E come thank Jehovah. Even though sey dem never free Paul, dem allow am stay for one house with soldier wey dey watch am. Na there e stay for two years. As people dey come see am, e dey preach to dem. E dey teach dem about God Kingdom and about Jesus. Paul send many letter to different different congregation wey dey Asia Minor and Judea. True true, Jehovah use Paul preach to people for many country.
