1, 2. Who fit protect us?

IMAGINE say you de waka for road one day, small time, the sky begin dark, strong breeze start de blow and you begin see lightning and hear the sound of thunder. Then rain start de fall. You begin find place wey you go hide. You go really like-am if you see place wey you go hide!

² We too dey the same condition. Things for this world de bad everyday. E fit make you de wonder say, ‘Who go protect me?’ See wetin the person wey e write Psalm 91 talk: “I go tell Jehovah say: ‘Na you be my God wey I trust, na you de cover me and na you de protect me.’” (Psalm 91:2) Yes, Jehovah fit protect us for this world wey problem full, and e still give us better hope for future.

3. Wetin we go do if we want make Jehovah de help us?

³ How Jehovah de protect us? E fit help us endure any problem wey we get. And e get power pass anybody wey want harm us. Even if bad things happen to us now, we know say Jehovah go correct the problem for future. Bible talk say make we no “comot from the love of God.” (Jude 21) If we want make Jehovah help us when we de face problem, we no go comot from e side. But how we fit do-am.

4, 5. How Jehovah don show e love for us?

⁴ If we want remain for the side of Jehovah, e good  make we remember say e really love us. Think about all the things wey Jehovah don do for us. E don give us this fine earth wey e get fine plants and animals. E even give us sweet food and clean water. Jehovah don use Bible tell us e name and the fine-fine character wey e get. Jehovah still send e Son wey e really love, make e come this earth, and make e die for us. This one na the best gift wey e don give us. (John 3:16) And this sacrifice don give us better hope for future.

⁵ Jehovah don arrange e Kingdom for heaven and na Jesus be the King. That Kingdom go remove suffer-suffer and e go make the whole earth paradise. That time, everybody go happy and peace go dey forever. (Psalm 37:29) Jehovah don teach us the best way wey we go live our life. This na another thing wey e show say e love us. Jehovah de always hear prayer and e want make we de pray. Jehovah don really show-am say e love all of us.

6. As you know say Jehovah love you, wetin you godo?

⁶ As you know say Jehovah love you, wetin you go do? Make you show Jehovah say you value all the things wey e don do for you. But the bad thing be say, for this our time, many people no de value good thing. And na so e be for the time of Jesus. For example, when Jesus heal ten people wey get leprosy, na only one of them thank Jesus. (Luke 17:12-17) All of us want be like the man wey e thank Jesus. And make we always de thank Jehovah.

7. How our love for Jehovah suppose dey?

⁷ E good make we de show say we love Jehovah. Jesus  tell e disciples make they love Jehovah with all their heart, soul and mind. (Read Matthew 22:37.) Wetin this one mean?

8, 9. How we fit show say we love Jehovah?

⁸ We no go only de talk say we love Jehovah. If we use all our heart, soul, and mind love Jehovah, we go show-am for the things wey we de do. (Matthew 7:16-20) Bible teach us say, if we love God we go de obey e law. You think say e hard? No, the law of Jehovah “no hard.”​—Read 1 John 5:3.

⁹ When we de obey Jehovah we go de glad and de live better life. (Isaiah 48:17, 18) Wetin go help us remain near Jehovah? Make we learn about-am.

10. Why e good make we continue de learn about Jehovah?

¹⁰ Wetin help you be friend with Jehovah? As you de study Bible, you don de know Jehovah more-more and wuna don be friend. That kind friendship be like fire wey you no want make e off. Just as fire need firewood to de burn, na so e still be with our friendship with Jehovah. Make we continue de learn about Jehovah so that our friendship go strong more-more.​—Proverbs 2:1-5.

11. How the things wey you de learn for Bible fit help you?

¹¹ As you continue de study Bible, you go learn plenty fine things wey go touch your heart. For example, when Jesus de explain for two of e disciples the things wey prophets don talk for Bible, they talk say: “E no touch our heart as e de talk with us for road, as e de explain the Word of God for us?”​—Luke 24:32.

12, 13. (a) Wetin fit happen to our love for Jehovah? (b) Wetin we fit do make our love for Jehovah no die?

 ¹² Just as e touch the heart of the disciples after they don understand Bible, na so you fit de feel as you come de understand Bible. Bible don help you know and love Jehovah. And you no go want make your love for Jehovah die.​—Matthew 24:12.

¹³ As you don be friend of God, e good make you work hard make your friendship with Jehovah strong more-more. Make you continue de learn about Jehovah and Jesus, think about the things wey you de learn, and de practice them. (John 17:3) When you de read or study Bible, make you ask yourself say: ‘Wetin this one de teach me about Jehovah? Why e good make I love Jehovah with all my heart and my life?’​—1 Timothy 4:15.

14. How prayer fit make our love for Jehovah strong?

 ¹⁴ If you get better friend and you want make wuna friendship last, wetin you go do? Na every time the two of wuna go de talk. Na so e still be with our friendship with Jehovah. If we de pray all the time, e go make our love for Jehovah strong more-more. (Read 1 Thessalonians 5:17.) Prayer na special gift wey our Father for heaven don give us. Make we always pray to Jehovah from our heart. (Psalm 62:8) Make we no de cram and repeat prayer, instead make we pray from our heart. Na true, if we continue de study Bible and de pray from our heart, e go make our love for Jehovah strong.

15, 16. How you see the preaching work?

¹⁵ If we want remain with Jehovah we must tell other people wetin we learn from Bible. Na big honor to tell people about Jehovah. (Luke 1:74) And na the work wey Jesus don give true Christians. So make all of us de preach the good news about the Kingdom of God. You don start de do-am?​—Matthew 24:14; 28:19, 20.

¹⁶ Apostle Paul feel say e dey very important make we de preach, na e make e call-am “better thing.” (2 Corinthians 4:7) Make we de tell people about Jehovah and the things wey e go do for people. Preaching na the best work wey we fit do, and na one way you fit show say you de serve Jehovah. Jehovah value anything wey you do for e name. (Hebrews 6:10) If you de preach, you and the people wey they listen, go de near Jehovah more-more. E go still help wuna get life wey e no go end. (Read 1 Corinthians 15:58.) Any  other work dey wey e fit make you happy like this one?

17. Why we no go waste time tell people about Jehovah?

¹⁷ Make we no waste time as we de do the preaching work. Make we de “preach the word,” and make we “no delay.” (2 Timothy 4:2) People need to hear about the Kingdom of God. Bible talk say: “The great day of Jehovah don near! E don near and e de come quick-quick!” The end “no go late!” (Zephaniah 1:14; Habakkuk 2:3) Na true, small time, Jehovah go destroy this wicked world wey Satan de control. But before e happen, e good make we warn people make they serve Jehovah.

18. Why e good make we worship Jehovah with our brothers and sisters?

¹⁸ Make we de worship Jehovah with our brothers and sisters. Na wetin e want be that. Bible talk say: “Make we de think about how we go help each other so that we go show love and do better work. Make we no de miss our meeting as some people de do, but make we de encourage ourself, especially as the day don de near.” (Hebrews 10:24, 25) Make we de try our best so that we no go miss any meeting. When we go meeting, we go see chance encourage and help our brothers and sisters.

19. Wetin go help you love the brothers and sisters for congregation?

¹⁹ For meeting, you go see good friends and they go help you as you de worship Jehovah. You go see brothers and sisters from different place, but like you, them de use all their heart serve Jehovah. They no dey perfect and them de make mistake like you. Forgive them if them make mistake. (Read Colossians 3:13.) Make  you de always look the good side of your brothers and sisters. If you de do like that, e go help you love them and you go de near Jehovah more-more.

20, 21. Wetin be “the real life”?

²⁰ Jehovah want the best life for all e friends. Bible teach us say our life for future go really dey different from the way e be now.

²¹ For future, we no go live for 70 or 80 years, we go live forever. We go enjoy “life wey e no go end.” For Paradise we no go de sick, peace go dey everywhere and we go dey happy. Na this kind life Bible call “the real life.” Jehovah don promise say e go give us the real life, but we go try our best make we “hold the real life tight.”​—1 Timothy 6:12, 19.

²² How we fit “hold the real life tight”? We must do “wetin good” and “do plenty fine work.” (1 Timothy 6:18) This one mean say we go de do the things wey Bible de teach us. The truth be say, to get the real life no be by our power. We no go fit get-am. Na free gift wey Jehovah de give people wey they remain as e friend. This na example of the favor wey God don show us. (Romans 5:15) Our Father for heaven really want give e servants this gift.

23. Why e good make you worship Jehovah now?

²³ Ask yourself say, ‘I de worship God for the way e want-am?’ If you see-am say e get some things wey you go change for your life, make you do-am quick-quick. When we de obey and trust Jehovah, e go protect us.  Jehovah go protect all the people wey remain as e friends for this last days. And e go make sure say we live for Paradise forever as e don promise. Na true, you fit get the real life if you worship Jehovah now!
