(Joh 21:16; 1Pe 5:1-3) As Jesus de direct the elders, them de help the publishers for congregation to get rest of mind and to continue to dey close to Jehovah and im organization. Them no de waste time to encourage the publishers anytime wey them need help. And them dey ready to help anytime wey Jehovah sheep get any problem or when any hospital emergency happen.
