Even as we de struggle with all this hard condition, how we fit do the work wey God don give us well?

3. Wetin we see from the thing wey Jesus talk for Matthew 13:23?

³ If our condition no de allow us de fit spend enough time for the work wey Jehovah don give us, make we no allow this one to make us tire. Jesus know say all of us no go fit produce the same amount of Kingdom fruit. (Read Matthew 13:23.) Jehovah really value everything wey we de do for e service so far we de do our best. (Heb. 6:10-12) Another thing be say, we fit feel say our condition go allow us to do more. For this topic, we go talk about how we fit make the preaching work the number one thing for life, how we fit make our life simple, and how we fit make the way we de preach and teach de better. But, first of all, wetin e mean to do our work for God well?

4. Wetin e mean to do our preaching work well?

⁴ For simple way, to do our work for God well mean say, we must really preach and teach people as we fit. But, we no  de only talk about the amount of time wey we de spend for the preaching work. Because we love Jehovah and our neighbor, we de use our whole life do the work wey God don give us, or our Christian ministry. * (Mark 12:30, 31; Col. 3:23) To use our whole life serve God mean say we de use all our power for God’s work, as we fit. When we understand say na special thing as God allow us de do this work, we go do our best to tell plenty people about the good news, as we fit.

5-6. Give one example of how person fit make the preaching work the number one thing for e life, even if e no get enough time.

⁵ Imagine say one young man de like to play guitar. The young man de happy to play music anytime wey e fit. As time de go, e come get work for one restaurant, and the work na to de play guitar for weekend. But the work no de give this young man enough money to care for himself. So e de work as sales boy for one store from Monday to Friday. Na true say e de spend almost the whole time wey e get for the store, but e heart dey e music. The young man want sabi play music more-more, and e really want be full-time musician. Even with that one, e de enjoy to play music anytime wey the chance come, even if na small time.

⁶ How this one concern you? Maybe you no de fit spend the amount of time wey you for like to spend for the preaching work. But, the work de really sweet you. You de try to preach the good news to reach the heart of people, and you de make-am better pass as you de do-am before. But because many things de take your time, you fit de wonder how you go fit make the preaching work the number one thing for your life.

7-8. How we fit get the kind mind wey Jesus get about the preaching work?

⁷ The kind mind wey Jesus get for the preaching work na really fine example for us to follow. The thing wey dey important pass  for e life na to talk about God’s Kingdom. (John 4:34, 35) Jesus waka go far places so that e go preach to plenty people as e fit. E de always find way preach to people for their house and for public place them. Jesus put the preaching work as the number one thing for e life.

⁸ We fit imitate Jesus when we find way to talk to people about the good news for any place and anytime wey e dey possible. We ready to leave things wey we like so that we go fit preach to people. (Mark 6:31-34; 1 Pet. 2:21) Some brothers and sisters for congregation de serve as special pioneer, regular pioneer, or auxiliary pioneer. Other brothers and sisters don learn to speak another language or they don pack go area wey need more publishers. But, apart from this brothers and sisters, other publishers for congregation de do their best and them de do plenty for the preaching work. Whether na plenty we fit do for the work or na small, Jehovah no de tell us make we do pass our power. E want make all of us enjoy the work as we de tell people about “the wonderful good news” from “the happy God.”​—1 Tim. 1:11; Deut. 30:11.

⁹ Apostle Paul put the preaching work as number one thing for e life. This one na still good example for us to follow. When Paul dey for Corinth for e second missionary journey, e no too get money for hand. So e work for some time to make tents. But Paul no take this work as the main work for e life. Instead, e do this work so that e go support himself for the work of God. And the work help Paul make e fit preach to people for Corinth “for free.” They no need to spend money to care for Paul. (2 Cor. 11:7) Even though say Paul do other work, e continue to put the preaching work as number one thing for e life, and e preach every Sabbath day. After, when Paul condition better, e come fit put e mind more-more for the preaching work. E “begin dey busy de preach the word. E preach to the Jew people to prove say na Jesus be the Christ.” (Acts 18:3-5; 2 Cor. 11:9) After, for Rome, they put Paul for prison for e own house, for two years. But Paul use the time preach to visitors and e write letters. (Read Acts 28:16, 30, 31.) Paul no want make anything dey important pass e ministry. E write for Bible say: “Since we get this work . . . , we no go tire.” (2 Cor. 4:1) Like Paul, even if we need to spend time for the work wey we de do to take care of ourself and family, we fit still make the preaching work the number one thing for life.

10-11. How we fit do our preaching work well if we get health problem?

¹⁰ Maybe because we don de old or because of health problems, we no de fit preach from house to house as we like to preach. Other ways dey wey we fit enjoy to preach. Brothers and sisters for time of the apostles preach for any place wey they see people. They make sure say they use any chance wey they see to preach about the truth, whether na for house to house, for open place, or when them de do their normal work everyday. They preach for any place wey they see ‘people wey want listen.’ (Ac 17:17; 20:20) If we no fit de waka again like before, we fit sit-down for open place wey people de waka pass and de preach to them. Or we fit de preach when we de do other things, like our normal everyday work. We fit still write letters, or preach with telephone. Plenty publishers de preach for this other ways even with serious problems, and this one don really give them joy.

¹¹ Even with health problem, you fit still do your preaching work well. Make we see the example of apostle Paul again. E talk say: “For everything I get the power because God  de give me power.” (Phil. 4:13) Paul really need that power because e sick for one missionary journey. E explain to the people for Galatia say: “Na because of the sickness wey I get that time make me get the first chance to tell wuna the good news.” (Gal. 4:13) For the same way, if you get health problem, the problem fit give you different-different chance to preach to people like, doctor, nurse, and other people wey their work na to care for you. Many of this people dey their workplace but we fit don go their house go preach.

12. Wetin e mean to “look only one thing” with your eye?

¹² Jesus talk say: “The lamp of the body na the eye. So if your eye de look only one thing [or “dey simple,” ftn.], your whole body go dey bright.” (Matt. 6:22) Wetin Jesus mean? E mean say we need to live simple life or we need to put our mind for only one thing, or goal. We no go allow anything remove our mind from that thing, or goal. Jesus show us fine example. E use all e life do the preaching work, and e teach the disciples make they put all their mind for the service of Jehovah and the Kingdom. We de imitate Jesus when we make the preaching work the number one thing for our life. This one go show say we “de try make the Kingdom and the righteous things wey God want be the number one thing for [our] life.”​—Matt. 6:33.

13. Wetin fit help us make we put our mind for the work wey God don give us?

 ¹³ One way to put the preaching work as the number one thing for our life na to make our life simple. When we spend only small time to do things wey no too dey important, we go fit get more time to help people to come know and love Jehovah. * For example, we de enjoy ourself with some things like sports. But this kind things fit de take plenty of our time. You no feel say we go fit reduce them? To fit spend more time for the preaching work during the week, you no think say we fit adjust the amount of time wey we de spend for our job?

14. Wetin one husband and wife do so that they fit get more time for the preaching work?

E talk say: “That time, we no just jump enter pioneering, but we see say we fit do some things to spend more time for the preaching work. So we do some small-small things to make us fit preach more. For example, we reduce the amount of money wey we de spend, and we reduce the amount of time wey we de use for enjoyment. Because of this one, we begin preach for evening, we conduct more Bible study, and we even begin preach for weekdays two times every month. We really enjoy-am!”

¹⁵ We need to make the way we de preach and teach de better pass before. This one na  another way to do our preaching work well. Because of the kind work wey some people de do, they need to always receive training. This one de help them to know more about the work, and the way them de do-am go better pass before. We go fit tell our field service group overseer to help us. E fit work with us for preaching, or we fit work with another publisher wey get experience, with pioneer, or circuit overseer. 17. Wetin go happen when you do your preaching work well?

¹⁷ To fit de “work with God” na big honor wey e give us. (1 Cor. 3:9) When you make sure say you “do the things wey important pass” and you put your mind for the preaching work, you go “over glad as you de serve Jehovah.” (Phil. 1:10; Ps. 100:2) As you de work for God, you fit dey sure say e go give you the power wey you need. The power go help you to fit do the preaching work, no matter the problem wey you de face. (2 Cor. 4:1, 7; 6:4) Whether your condition allow you to use plenty time or small time preach, you fit “get reason to dey happy” when you de do the work with all your heart.
