⁶ God de use e holy spirit choose brothers make they fit do different-different work. The different-different part for body, like the hand and leg, de work together to benefit the whole body. Instead, them de do their best to help their brothers and sisters. (Read 1 Thessalonians 2:6-8.) ⁷ Some people for congregation fit de serve as missionaries, special pioneers, or regular pioneers. The truth na say, brothers and sisters around the world don decide to preach and teach people Bible full-time. Because of this one, they don help plenty people to become disciples of Jesus. Na true say, plenty of this people wey de serve Jehovah full-time no get plenty money or property. But, Jehovah don bless them with plenty good things. (Mark 10:29, 30) We love this dear brothers and sisters, and we glad say them dey our congregation!

8. Why e be say everybody for congregation wey de preach the good news dey important to Jehovah?

⁸ Na only brothers wey de care for the congregation and brothers wey dey full-time service be the only people wey Jehovah de use do work for congregation? No! All the publishers for congregation dey important to God and the congregation. (Rom. 10:15; 1 Cor. 3:6-9) Na so because, the number one important work wey congregation get na to make disciples for our Lord Jesus. (Matt. 28:19, 20; 1 Tim. 2:4) Everybody for congregation wey de preach, whether they don baptize or they never baptize, de try to make this work the number one thing for their life.​—Matt. 24:14.

9. Why our Christian sisters dey important to us?

⁹ To show say our sisters dey important to Jehovah, e don give them important work to do. Whether you be wife, mama,  sister wey e husband don die, or sister wey never marry, as you hold Jehovah tight, Jehovah love you. Bible get plenty examples of women wey the way they live their life make God glad. This women really try as they show say they get sense, they get faith, they put all their heart for God work, they no fear, they get open hand, and de do other good things for God. (Luke 8:2, 3; Acts 16:14, 15; Rom. 16:3, 6; Phil. 4:3; Heb. 11:11, 31, 35) We really thank Jehovah say we get Christian sisters with fine-fine character for congregation, just like this women for Bible!

10. Why our old brothers and sisters dey important to us?

¹⁰ We still dey happy say we get plenty old people for congregation. Some congregations get old brothers and sisters wey don use their whole life de serve Jehovah. And e fit be say, e never take long time wey other old people learn the truth. Plenty of this brothers and sisters de sick because of the problems wey old age de bring. This problems fit no make them do plenty things for congregation and for the preaching work. Even with that one, this old brothers and sisters de do wetin they fit do for the preaching work, and them de use all their power de encourage and train other people. And we de gain from the things wey they know. They really dey important to Jehovah and to us.​—Prov. 16:31.

11-12. How the young people for your congregation don encourage you?

¹¹ Make we still talk about our young brothers and sisters. Them de face plenty things as them de grow for this world wey Satan de control, and wey the wicked things wey e de teach dey every corner. (1 John 5:19) But all of us really like-am when we see our young ones de answer question for meeting, de preach, and they no de fear to tell other people the things wey they believe. True-true, Jehovah de use young people do important work for congregation!​—Ps. 8:2.

Paul talk say: “If the leg talk say, “Because I no be hand, I no be part of the body,” that one no mean say e no be part of the body. ¹⁴ If you compare yourself with other people for congregation, this one fit make you start to think say you no dey important for congregation. Some people for congregation fit sabi teach well, some fit sabi arrange or organize things well, and other people fit know how to encourage people. 17. How we go gain if we follow the advice wey Paul give?

¹⁷ If we de follow the advice for Bible wey apostle Paul give and we check the things wey we de do, we fit begin see say we sabi do things wey other people no sabi do. For example, one elder fit no know how to give talk well for platform, but this elder fit know how to make disciples well. Or one elder fit no sabi organize things well like other elders for congregation. 18. How we fit de make our work de better?

¹⁸ No matter wetin we de do for congregation, e good make each of us see how we fit de make our work de better more-more and de know more things pass as we know before. So that our work go de better, Jehovah de use e organization de give us better training. For example, for our Life and Preaching meeting, we de learn how to make our work de better. You de try to use the things wey you de learn for that meeting?

19. Wetin fit help you go School for Kingdom Evangelizers?

¹⁹ Another fine training wey we de get na from the School for Kingdom Evangelizers. Na brothers and sisters wey don dey for full-time service and wey dey between 23 and 65 years go fit go this school. You fit de think say you no go fit ever go the school. But instead of you to give reasons why you no go fit go, make you get reasons why you want go. Then make you get plan wey go help you fit go the school. If Jehovah help you and you work hard, you go fit do wetin you think say no dey possible for you.

20. Wetin we fit learn from Romans 12:6-8?
