⁷ Today for congregation, we get people wey don marry and some of them get pikin. But, other brothers and sisters wey never marry still dey for congregation. The October 1, 2012 Watchtower answer this question well when e talk say: “The thing be say, whether people marry or they no marry, the two na gift from God. . . . Jehovah no de see people wey never marry as people wey suppose de shame for theirself or de feel sad because they no marry.” So  we must respect brothers and sisters for congregation wey never marry.

13. Which people example encourage one sister wey never marry?

¹³ Another sister for Bethel wey never marry talk say: “I know pioneers wey never marry and wey don mature, but they know wetin they want use their life do, them dey ready to help people, and them dey happy. Them de make congregation dey strong. They get better mind even as they never marry. They no de think say they better pass other people or say they no fit dey happy because they never marry and get children.” No wonder people de enjoy congregation wey everybody respect and love each other. You no de think say your brothers and sisters de pity you or de jealous you, they no de see you like say you no dey important, and they no de think say you better pass them. You just know say they love you!

¹⁴ Our brothers and sisters wey never marry go really dey happy if we love them because of their fine-fine character, and no be because of whether they marry or they no marry. Instead of us to pity them, make we show say we de respect them as them de serve God well. 15. Wetin some people don change for their life so that they fit do more for the preaching work?

¹⁵ For some years now, plenty publishers don de learn another language so that they go fit do more for the preaching work. For them to do that one, them de change some things for their life. This brothers and sisters don leave congregation wey de speak their own language. They join another congregation wey de speak different language because the congregation need more publishers to preach. (Acts 16:9) Na this brothers and sisters decide-am by theirself, so that they go fit do more for the preaching work. Even though say e fit take them some years to sabi speak the new language well, them de help the congregation for many ways. Their fine-fine character and things wey they don learn de encourage the brothers and sisters. We really love this brothers and sisters wey de use all their heart de help people!

16. Wetin go show whether person qualify to serve as elder or ministerial servant?

¹⁶ Make elders no decide say brother no fit be elder or ministerial servant just because the brother never sabi speak the language of the congregation well. The thing wey elders go use check any brother whether e qualify as elder or ministerial servant na wetin Bible talk about this matter, no be whether the person sabi speak the language of the congregation well.​—1 Tim. 3:1-10, 12, 13; Titus 1:5-9.

17. Wetin papa and mama go need to decide when they go another country with their family?

¹⁷ Some servants of Jehovah with their family, don leave their country go another country because things no easy for them or them de find work. Because of this one, their children fit de go school wey de speak the main language of that new country. And e fit be say, the papa and mama fit need to learn the main language so that they go fit see work. What if congregation or group de use their language for that country? ¹⁸ The family head must decide which congregation e family go join. Because na the family head go decide for this matter, e must think about wetin go favor e family. (Read Galatians 6:5.) 20. How we fit show say we de respect our brothers and sisters wey de learn new language?

²⁰ Because of all the reasons wey we don talk about, plenty congregation get brothers and sisters wey de try their best to learn new language. E fit hard this brothers and sisters to talk the thing wey them de think. But, if we no de only think about the way them de speak the new language, we go see say they really love Jehovah and they want do their best for e service. If we see this fine-fine character wey they get, we go really respect them and see say them dey important to us. E no go be like say we de tell them say “I no need you” just because they no sabi speak our language well.

21-22. Which better thing Jehovah don give us?

²¹ We really thank Jehovah say e don give us better work to do for e congregation. So whether we be man or woman, we don marry or we never marry, we dey young or old, whether we de speak language well or we no de speak-am well, all of us dey important to Jehovah and to each other.​—Rom. 12:4, 5; Col. 3:10, 11.
