(Rom. 10:17) We believe say Jehovah form the Christian congregation to be “pillar and support of the truth.” (1 Tim. 3:15) And we de happy to obey the “people wey de guide” us, as them de teach us the truth from Bible and give us direction wey go help us do wetin Jehovah want.—Heb. 13:17.

2. As e dey for James 5:​19, wetin fit still happen to us even after we don learn the truth?

² But after we don learn the truth from Bible and agree to follow everything wey Jehovah organization tell us, Satan fit still succeed to make us leave Jehovah. (Read James 5:19.) Wetin Satan want na to make us stop to trust Bible and the direction wey we de receive from Jehovah organization.—Eph. 4:14.

3. Why we need to hold the truth tight? (Ephesians 6:​13, 14)

³ Read Ephesians 6:​13, 14. Small time, Satan go use lie-lie message deceive all nations and make them dey against Jehovah. (Rev. 16:​13, 14) We know say Satan go do everything wey e fit to deceive Jehovah people. (Rev. 12:9) So e really dey important for us to train ourself to know the difference between the truth and lie, and make up our mind to hold the truth tight. (Rom. 6:17; 1 Pet. 1:22) This one dey important well-well because e go help us fit survive great tribulation!

This one go make us want learn the difference between wetin correct and wetin no correct, and between the truth and lie so that Jehovah go de happy with us. (Prov. 2:​3-6; Heb. 5:14) Make we no ever allow our fear for people strong pass our love for Jehovah, because plenty times, wetin people want make we do, no be wetin de make Jehovah happy.

6. Wetin fear make the ten men wey join go spy the land of Canaan talk?

⁶ If we fear people pass the way we de fear Jehovah, we fit start to believe things wey no be true. Make we talk about the example of the 12 men wey them respect well-well for Israel, wey go spy the land wey Jehovah promise them. Ten of the men allow their fear for Canaan people to strong pass their love for Jehovah. Them tell other Israel people say: “We no go fit go fight them because them strong pass us.” (Num. 13:​27-31) From wetin people fit see, na true say Canaan people strong pass Israel people. But anybody wey talk say Israel people no go fit win their enemy, don forget say Jehovah dey with them. The ten men suppose put mind for wetin Jehovah want make Israel people do. 7. How we fit make our fear for Jehovah strong more-more? (Still check the picture.)

⁷ To make our fear for Jehovah strong more-more, we need to think about wetin go make-am happy anytime wey we de make decision. ¹⁰ Continue to trust the direction from Jehovah organization. For the time of Israel people, Jehovah use Moses and later use Joshua to talk to Im people. (Josh. 1:​16, 17) Jehovah really bless Israel people when them obey the men wey e de use. After, when them form the Christian congregation for the time of the apostles, na 12 apostles Jehovah use direct the congregations. (Acts 8:​14, 15) Later, them add other elders for Jerusalem join this 12 apostles. As brothers and sisters continue to obey direction from this men, “the congregations continue to stand strong for the faith and them de plenty more-more everyday.” (Acts 16:4, 5) For this our time, we de gain too when we follow direction from Jehovah organization. How Jehovah go feel if we no de follow direction from im organization? To fit answer this question, make we talk about  wetin happen when Israel people de go the Promise Land.

11. Wetin happen to the people wey talk bad about Moses? (Still check the picture.)

¹¹ When Israel people de go the Promise Land, some men for Israel wey people respect well-well, start to talk bad about Moses and the work wey Jehovah give-am. Them talk say: “Everybody for here dey holy, [no be only Moses] . . . and Jehovah dey with them.” (Num. 16:​1-3) Na true say Jehovah de see all of them as holy people, but na Moses e choose to lead Im people. (Num. 16:28) As them de talk bad about Moses, na Jehovah them de really talk bad about. Them no put mind for wetin Jehovah want, na only wetin them want full their head. Them want dey in charge and want make people know them well-well. God kill the people wey lead some Israel people against Moses, and e still kill all the people wey support them. (Num. 16:​30-35, 41, 49) For this our time, we dey sure say Jehovah no de happy with people wey no de follow direction from im organization.

12. Why we fit continue to trust Jehovah organization?

¹² We go fit continue to trust Jehovah organization. Why? Na because when e dey clear say we need to adjust the way we take understand somethings for Bible, or the way we de worship Jehovah, the brothers wey de direct things for Jehovah organization no de waste time to adjust-am. (Prov. 4:18) Them de do like that because them want make Jehovah happy. Them still de do their best to follow wetin Bible talk when them de make decision. Because na wetin dey Bible all servant of Jehovah must follow.

13. Wetin be the “pattern of correct words,” and wetin we go do to-am?

¹³ “Continue to follow the same pattern of correct words.” (2 Tim. 1:13 ftn.) Wetin Bible mean when e say, “The same pattern of correct words”? E mean wetin Bible de teach wey Jehovah people de follow. (John  17:17) Everything wey we believe come from Bible. And Jehovah organization don teach us say make we continue to hold wetin Bible de teach tight. And if we continue to do like this, Jehovah go bless us.

14. How some Christians for Thessalonica stop to follow the “pattern of correct words”?

When we hear something wey no agree with wetin we don learn from Bible, or when we hear story about Jehovah organization, or about our brothers and sisters, and the story get as e be, we need to use our sense well for the matter. The letter encourage some of the brothers say make them form another organization wey different from Jehovah own. The letter really be like say e come from Jehovah organization. But the brothers wey hold Jehovah tight no fall for this trap. Them see say wetin the letter talk no agree with wetin them  know about Jehovah organization. For this our time, people wey dey against the truth, de sometimes try to use Internet and social media confuse and scatter us. Instead make we “shake quick-quick for the way wey [we] de reason,” we need to settle down think whether wetin we hear or read agree with the truth wey we don learn. This one go protect us!—2 Thess. 2:2; 1 John 4:1.

16. As e dey for Romans 16:​17, 18, wetin we go do to people wey no de follow wetin Jehovah organization de talk?

¹⁶ Continue to worship Jehovah with people wey hold-am tight. Jehovah want make we de worship-am the same way with our brothers and sisters wey hold-am tight. All of us go continue to worship Jehovah as one, as far as say we hold the truth tight. Anybody wey no follow wetin Jehovah organization talk de cause scatter-scatter for congregation, and God don warn us say make we “run from them.” If not, we fit start to believe wetin no correct and fall comot from Jehovah side.—Read Romans 16:​17, 18.

17. Wetin we de gain when we know the truth and hold-am tight?

¹⁷ When we understand the difference between truth and lie, and hold the truth tight, this one go help us continue to hold Jehovah tight and make our faith strong more-more. (Eph. 4:​15, 16) And for great tribulation e go help us continue to gain from Jehovah care, and Satan no go ever fit deceive us.
