9-10. Which examples show say na love make Jesus do things, and how we fit imitate Jesus?

⁹ Number one, na love make Jesus do everything wey e do. When person de care about people, or de show pity, the person get love. Na this kind pity move Jesus to teach plenty people, heal sick people, give hungry people food, and resurrect dead people. (Matt. 14:14; 15:32-38; Mark 6:34; Luke 7:11-15) Na true say this things wey Jesus do that time take plenty of e time and power. But even with that one, e de first think about how e go help other people before e self. And the one wey dey important pass all of them be say, Jesus die for people to show say e really love them.​—John 15:13.

¹⁰ Wetin we learn: We fit imitate Jesus when we think about wetin we go do to help people before ourself. We fit still imitate Jesus when we learn how we go fit show more pity to people for our territory. When this kind pity move us to go preach and teach the good news, we de obey the law of Christ.

(Matt. 10:31) Jehovah dey ready to welcome any lost sheep if the sheep repent and come back to the congregation. We really love them sotey we go fit do big things for them like, to die for them. But we go still de do other small-small things for them. For example, we go do everything wey we fit do to always go carry any old brother or sister go meeting. We go dey ready to leave anything, even if we like the thing, just to make people wey we love happy. And we go use our vacation from work to go help people wey things like heavy rain scatter their property. When we do all this one, we de obey the law of Christ. This one go still show say we de help make our congregation be place where each person go get peace of mind and e no go fear.

¹⁵ To treat each other well (or with “justice”), na to do the things wey God see as wetin dey right and partial no go dey when person de do-am. This one na the main thing wey justice mean for Bible. Why we fit talk say the law of Christ de encourage people to treat each other for the right way?

¹⁸ Number two, think of wetin Jesus teach about the right way to treat people. The things wey e teach e followers go guide them to fit treat people without partial. For example, think about wetin them de call the Golden Rule. (Matt. 7:12) All of us want make people treat us well. So we need to treat other people well too. If we do like that, this one fit move them to treat us well without partial. But what if they be don treat us with partial? Jesus still teach e followers make they trust Jehovah say E “go do something make [people] get the right judgement” as them “de call God for help every day and night.” (Luke 18:6, 7) The thing wey Jesus talk for there na promise. ²⁰ Under the law of Christ, how family head and elders suppose de treat people? Because love na the foundation of this law, family head and elders must care for people wey God tell them to care for and treat them well with love. They must remember say Christ want make we show love for everything wey we de do.

²¹ For family. God want make husband love e wife “just as Christ de do for the congregation.” (Eph. 5:25, 28, 29) Husband need to first think about how to care for wetin e wife need before e own. To show this kind love fit no dey easy for some men, maybe because they grow for place wey people no value this kind character. Bad character fit no dey easy for some men to change, but they must change-am so that they go obey the law of Christ. Wife de respect husband when e de show the kind love wey Jesus show. But under the law of Christ, the work of elders na to handle matter only when e concern the worship of Jehovah. They know say na government people God allow to handle other matter, like when somebody kill or rape person. For example, na government people go talk whether the person go pay things like fine or whether e go go prison.​—Rom. 13:1-4.

²⁴ If person do serious sin how elders for congregation go handle the matter? They go use Bible check the matter and make decision. They no go forget say na love be foundation of the law of Christ. Love go make the elders think about something like this: Wetin we need to do to help other people for the congregation wey the sin really affect? Love go make the elders put this question for mind about the sinner: The person dey ready to change? We fit help the person repair e friendship with God?
