After, when e serve for Bethel, e receive correction from one brother. But e begin vex for the brother for some time. Apart from that one, Brother Klein suffer from one health problem but e come well again. Even with all this one, e do many fine and important work for the organization. Brother Klein really dey humble! Even though say na person wey people know, e still talk about things wey e don struggle with. Plenty brothers and sisters remember Brother Klein and e life story. 8. How 1 Peter 5:6 help us see say Jehovah dey happy when we dey humble?

⁸ The first important reason why we de try make we dey humble na because Jehovah like-am. Apostle Peter make this one dey clear. (Read 1 Peter 5:6.) The book wey be “Come Be My Follower” talk about wetin Peter talk. The book say: “Proud character be like poison. The result really bad. Even if proud person sabi plenty things, the person fit dey useless to God. But, humble character fit make Jehovah use person well, even if the person no too sabi things. . . . ¹¹ Everyday, we get different-different chance to show say we dey humble. Make we see some examples. When people correct us. Make we remember say, if person try come meet us and give us correction, maybe na because we don make serious mistake wey we no even know say e really serious. When e happen like that, maybe the first thing wey we go do na to reject the correction. We fit talk bad about the person wey the correction come from, or talk bad about the way e give the correction. But if we dey humble, we go try to do the right thing.

Or the wife of one brother fit de talk for e mind say, ‘My husband over qualify pass that brother!’ But if we really dey humble, we no go begin think like that for our heart.

14. Wetin we fit learn from the way Moses behave when other people receive assignment?

¹⁴ We go fit learn from the thing wey Moses do when other people receive assignment. Moses really like the assignment wey e get to lead the Israelites. But Jehovah allow make other people work with Moses. How Moses behave when Jehovah do this one? E no start to jealous. (Num. 11:24-29) E dey humble and e allow make other people help do some of the work wey e de do. (Ex. 18:13-24) This one mean say the Israelites go get more men to judge them. This one show say the main thing wey Moses de think about no be the assignment wey e get, but na how to make things better for other people. Na really good example for us! Remember say, if we want make Jehovah really use us, to get humble character dey more important pass anything wey we sabi do. Na true say “Jehovah high,” but “e de notice humble people.”​—Ps. 138:6.

15. How the condition of many brothers and sisters don change?

¹⁵ When our condition change. Many brothers and sisters don serve Jehovah for many years. But for some time now, the organization don change their assignment. For example, for 2014, the organization talk say district  overseers no go dey again. And so, they give this brothers and their wives another assignment for full-time service. From that same year, when circuit overseer reach 70 years, their assignment go change. And brothers for congregation wey their age don reach 80 years or don pass 80 years, stop to serve as coordinator of the body of elders. Another thing be say, for some years now, the organization don change the assignment of some Bethelites to pioneering. For other people, they stop special full-time service because they sick, they need to care for family, or because of other reasons.

16. How our brothers and sisters don show say them dey humble as they accept their new assignment?

¹⁶ For many of this brothers and sisters, to make this kind change no easy. E clear say they really like their former assignment wey they fit don de do for some years. When their assignment change, the thing really pain some of them for some time. But as time de go, they begin enjoy their new assignment. Why? Because they really love Jehovah. Na this one help them pass any other thing. They know say na God they give their life to, no be to any work, title, or assignment. (Col. 3:23) Them dey happy to continue for any assignment as them de serve Jehovah. They ‘throw all their problem to God’ because they know say e de care for them.​—1 Pet. 5:6, 7.
