2. Why we need to learn how to control our fear?

² You don face that kind fear before? Many of us don face-am. If we no learn to control this kind fear, we fit make bad decision, and e fit even affect our friendship with Jehovah. Na wetin Satan want be that. E still de try to use fear make us no obey Jehovah laws. And part of this law na the command to preach the good news. (Rev. 12:17) Satan wicked, e no get pity at all, and e get power. But you fit protect yourself from Satan. How?

3. Wetin go help us stop to fear?

³ When we really dey sure say Jehovah love us, and say e go support us, Satan no go fit make us fear. (Ps. 118:6) For example, the person wey write Psalm 118 face some big problems. E get plenty enemy, and some  of them na very important people for the area (verse 9, 10). Sometimes, e face too much problem (verse 13). ⁴ We need to really dey sure say Jehovah love us one by one. If we really dey sure like that, this one go help us stop to fear for this three things: (1) fear say we no go fit take care of our family, (2) fear of wetin people go do us, and (3) fear say we go die. 7. Wetin Jesus tell us?

⁷ Jesus wey know the Father pass any other person tell us say, our God “know wetin [we] need even before [we] ask.” (Matt. 6:8) And Jesus know say Jehovah dey ready to give us wetin we need. As Christians, we be part of God family. And as Jehovah be the family Head, we dey sure say e go follow the advice wey e give for 1 Timothy 5:8.

¹⁰ Ever since Adam and Eve sin, people don do each other plenty bad things. (Eccl. 8:9) For example, people de use the power wey they get oppress other people. Thief and other wicked people de do bad things to other people. For school, some children de always insult their classmates and cause trouble for them. And some people de even treat their family members for harsh way. So, e no surprise us say people de fear other people! How Satan de try to use this kind fear against us?

¹¹ Satan de try to make us fear people sotey we go stop to preach or do other things wey Jehovah tell us make we do. Satan don use some government people to stop our work and suffer us. (Luke 21:12; Rev. 2:10) Satan don use different-different people talk plenty lie about Jehovah Witness people. People wey believe this lie-lie fit laugh us or even fight us. (Matt. 10:36) E surprise us say Satan de use all this way them? E no surprise  us at all. E don use them before for the time of apostles.—Acts 5:27, 28, 40.

13. When we really dey sure say Jehovah love us, how this one fit help us when our family members reject us? (Psalm 27:10)

15. Why e dey normal to fear say we go die?

(Heb. 2:14, 15) Sometimes, people wey Satan de control fit talk say they go kill us if we no stop to worship Jehovah. For other times, if we get serious sickness, Satan fit use that chance try to make us break Jehovah law. Doctors and our family members wey no de serve Jehovah fit de tell us say make we take blood, and that one dey against God law. Or somebody fit de tell us say make we accept one kind treatment wey dey against wetin Bible talk.

17. As e dey for Romans 8:37-39, why we no suppose to fear say we go die?

¹⁷ Na true say we no want die. But we know say even if we die, Jehovah no go stop to love us. (Read Romans 8:37-39.) When people wey be Jehovah friend die, e still de remember them as if they still dey alive. (Luke 20:37, 38) E de hungry Jehovah to bring them come back to life. I see many doctors, all of them talk say they no go fit do operation for me if they no give me blood. I be fear, but because God talk say make  we no take blood, I no gree make they put blood for my body! For all my life, Jehovah don show me say e really love me. As I de sick so, I come get the chance to show Jehovah say I love-am too. Anytime wey doctor tell me one bad news about my condition, e de make me decide more-more say, I go obey Jehovah and I no go let Satan win. After, they do the operation, but they no use blood. Even though say I still de sick, Jehovah de always give us wetin we need. For example, for the weekend before the week wey they tell me say I get cancer, for meeting we discuss the article wey be ‘Meeting Today’s Adversities With Courage.’ c This article make our mind calm down no be small. We read-am plenty times. Other articles like that wey we de read and other things wey we de do to worship Jehovah, don help make our mind calm down. And they still de help us decide well.”

19. Small time wetin go happen?

¹⁹ Jehovah don help Christians for different part of the world to endure hard condition and stand strong against Satan. (1 Pet. 5:8, 9) You fit do like that too. Small time, Jehovah go tell Jesus and the people wey go follow-am rule to “destroy all the work wey Devil don do.” (1 John 3:8) After that one, servants of God for the earth no “go fear anything and nothing go shake” them. (Isa. 54:14; Mic. 4:4) But before that time, we need to really try make we stop to de fear.
