1. Ya ikili-ŋa sia e pilaŋ Ziova ma le ɓe a pa ikili-ŋa?

 YOU na ever try to think about how Jehovah looking? When you praying to him, wetin you can be thinking on? Even though we can’t see Jehovah, the Bible talk about him in different-different ways. The Bible call Jehovah “a sun and a shield” and “a consuming fire.” (Ps. 84:11; Heb. 12:29) One of the Bible writer Ezekiel say, Jehovah looking like sapphire stone, glowing metal, and shining rainbow. (Ezek. 1:​26-28) Some of the way the Bible talk about Jehovah can really full our mouth or sometime it can even make us to feel that we not important.

2. Le ɓe a pɔri gɛi a gbanaŋɔɔ a gɛɛ nua taŋa di lɛɣɛ a Ziova?

² Because we can’t see Jehovah, sometime it can be hard for us to believe that he love us. Some people can think that it not possible for Jehovah to love them because of the bad things that happen to them in life. Maybe they were not having father to show them love. Jehovah can understand feeling them like this and how they affect us. To help us, he show us his fine-fine qualities in the Bible.

3. Le mɛni ɓe maa nɛ̃ɛi ku kukili-ŋa sia la a nɛlɛɛ e pilaŋ Ziova ŋɔwɛli-kɛ-maai ma?

³ The word that can describe Jehovah good-good that love. (1 John 4:8) The Bible say Jehovah that love. Everything he do, he do it because of love. God love really strong and he can  show it even to people who not love him. (Matt. 5:​44, 45) In this article, we will learn more about Jehovah and his love. The more we learn about our God, that the more we will love him.

KUWƐLI KAA ZIOVA MA A ŊANAA

4. Ziova ŋɔwɛli-kɛ-maai a ilii kɛ leŋ? (Ya pɔri ŋɔnɔ votooi kaai.)

⁴ “Jehovah is very tender in affection.” (Jas. 5:11) In the Bible, he compare himself to the mother who can show love. (Isa. 66:​12, 13) Just imagine the mother who can show love when she taking care of her small child. She can play with him on her lap and say good-good thing them to him. When he cry or feeling pain, she can make sure to give him the thing them he need. When we really feeling bad, we can be sure that Jehovah will show his love to us. The psalmist say: “When anxieties overwhelmed me, you comforted and soothed me.”—Ps. 94:19.

5. Ziova ŋɔwɛli-kɛ-maa su kpanaŋɔɔi a pɔri kpɔni leŋ ya?

⁵ Jehovah loyal. (Ps. 103:8) He will not stop showing love to us when we do something bad. The Israelite them disobey Jehovah plenty times. But any time they feel bad about what they did and stop doing it, Jehovah can still show his loyal love to them. For example, he tell them say: “You became precious in my eyes, you were honored, and I have loved you.” (Isa. 43:​4, 5) God love for us not change. We can always depend on his love. Even if we na commit serious sin, Jehovah will not forget about us. When we repent and come back to Jehovah, we will see that he still love us. He promise that “he will forgive in a large way.” (Isa. 55:7) The Bible say we will get “seasons of refreshing . . . from Jehovah himself.”—Acts 3:19.

6. Le ɓe Zɛkɛraya 2:8, NWT e mo e pilaŋ Ziova ma?

⁶ Read Zechariah 2:8. Because he love us, Jehovah quick to understand our feelings and he can really want protect us. He can feel bad when something making us to feel bad. Because of that, we can be sure that he will answer us when we pray to him and say: “Guard me like the pupil of your eye.” (Ps. 17:8) The eye ball that important part on our body and it quick to protect itself. So when Jehovah compare us to his eye ball, it  just like he was saying, ‘Anybody who do anything bad to you, they doing it to my people that important to me.’

7. Le mɛni ɓe maa nɛ̃ɛi ku kulaa lai su kpanaŋ la Ziova ŋɔwɛli-kɛ-maai su?

⁷ Jehovah want for us to be convince that he love each of us. But he know that because of the things we na go through, sometime we can be thinking whether he really love us. Or maybe we facing some situation them now-now that make it hard for us to be convince that Jehovah love us. Wetin can make us more convince? When we learn how Jehovah show his love to Jesus, the anointed, and all of us, it can help us to be convince. 

BEREI ZIOVA A ŊƆWƐLI-KƐ-MAAI LƐ LAI

8. Le mɛni ɓe Zisɛ e kɛ a naa la a gɛɛ Naŋ e ŋwɛli-ni?

⁸ For plenty-plenty years, Jehovah and his Son who he really love been having close friendship and deep love for each other. Two of them na spend long time together more than anybody. Jehovah show that he love Jesus in Matthew 17:5. Jehovah could just say: ‘That the person who I approve.’ But he wanted us to know that he really love Jesus, so he call him “my Son, the beloved.” Jehovah was happy with Jesus especially because he was willing to give his life for us. (Eph. 1:7) And Jesus was convince that his father love him. Because Jesus was able to feel Jehovah love for him, he was really-really sure about it. Jesus always use to say that his Father love him.—John 3:35; 10:17; 17:24.

9. Woo kɛɛ leŋ ɓe Ziova ŋɔwɛli-kɛ-maai lɛ ziɣe-zu-ɓelai mɛni mai? Ŋaa lɛ. (Lomaŋ 5:5)

⁹ Jehovah also make it clear that he love the anointed. (Read Romans 5:5.) Notice what part of this verse say: “poured out.” One research work describe it like this: “flowing on us like river.” This example just show how Jehovah really love the anointed! The anointed know that God love them. (Jude 1) The apostle John tell us how they feel when he wrote: “See what sort of love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God!” (1 John 3:1) You think that only the anointed Jehovah love? No, Jehovah na show that he love all of us.

10. Le ɓa mɛni-ŋuŋ kɛtɛi nyii Ziova ŋɔwɛli-kɛ-maai lɛ kumɛni mai?

¹⁰ What the greatest way Jehovah show his love for us? That the ransom. By this, Jehovah na show more love than anybody. (John 3:16; Rom. 5:8) Jehovah gave his precious Son and allow him to die for everybody so that he can forgive our sins and we can be His friends. (1 John 4:10) The more we think on the ransom, that the more we can understand how Jehovah and Jesus really love all of us. (Gal. 2:20) Jehovah not pay the ransom just because he wanted to do the right thing. He do it because of love. Jehovah na prove his love for us by sacrificing his son Jesus who he love more than anybody. Jehovah allow his Son to suffer and die for us.

11. Le ɓe ku maa-kɔri Zɛlemaya 31:3 su?

¹¹ From what we na learn, Jehovah not just get love for us, but he tell us how much he love us. (Read Jeremiah 31:3.) Jehovah na draw us to him because he love us. (Compare Deuteronomy 7:​7, 8.) Nothing and nobody can stop Jehovah from loving us. (Rom. 8:​38, 39) How his love make you feel? Read Psalm 23 and see how David use to feel about Jehovah love and care and how it can make you feel too.

 ZIOVA ŊƆWƐLI-KƐ-MAAI A ILII KƐ LEŊ?

12. Ya pɔri Ŋule-wooi 23, NWT ŋaa lɛi leŋ?

¹² Read Psalm 23:​1-6. In Psalm 23, David talk about how Jehovah really love him and care for him. He talk about how he and Jehovah was having close friendship and he call Jehovah his Shepherd. David rely on Jehovah and allow him to guide him because he use to feel safe in his hand. David knew that Jehovah was coming show love to him every day of his life. Wetin really convince him?

13. Le mɛni ɓe Deeɓe e kɛ a naa la a gɛɛ Ziova kpaaŋɔɔi mɛni mai?

¹³ “I will lack nothing.” David feel that Jehovah was taking care of him good-good because Jehovah always use to give him what he needed. David also enjoy his friendship with Jehovah and he knew that Jehovah was happy with him. That why he was sure that no matter what happen in the future, Jehovah will continue to take care of him. Because David trust that Jehovah love him and will take care of him, it help him to not worry but to be happy and satisfy.—Ps. 16:11.

14. Ziova a pɔri kumɛi kaai leŋ a wɛli-kɛ-maa pere?

¹⁴ Jehovah can take care of us especially when bad things happen in our life. Claire a who na serve in Bethel for more than 20 years, was feeling that she not able to do anything the time her family was going through different-different problems. Her pa suffer from stroke, her small sister was disfellowship, and her family small business breakdown and they lost their home. How Jehovah show that he care for them? Claire  say: “Every day Jehovah always use to make sure that my family get what they need. Plenty time, Jehovah gave us even more than what we needed! I can always think about how Jehovah na help us and I will never forget his love. When I going through problem, thinking about this thing them na help me to continue serving Jehovah and be happy.”

15. Le ɓe pa a lii-nɛ̃ɛ Deeɓe pɔi? (Ya pɔri ŋɔnɔ votooi kaai.)

¹⁵ “Jehovah give me strength.”  Sometime, David really use to feel bad because of all the problems and trial them he was going through. (Ps. 18:​4-6) But Jehovah love and care give him strength. Jehovah carry his tire friend to “grassy pastures” and “well-watered resting-places.” Because of that, David got his strength back and he continue serving Jehovah.—Ps. 18:​28-32.

16. Ziova ŋɔwɛli-kɛ-maai aa pa leŋ a lii-nɛ̃ɛ ipɔ?

¹⁶ Today too, when we going through problems “it is because of Jehovah’s loyal love that we have not come to our finish.” (Lam. 3:22; Col. 1:11) Let look at Rachel example. She was really feeling bad when her husband left her and left Jehovah during the Corona virus time. Wetin Jehovah do for her? She say: “Jehovah made sure that I feel his love. He gave me friend them who use to visit me, bring me food, send me encouraging messages and scriptures, smile with me, and continue reminding me that Jehovah was taking care of me. I can always tell Jehovah thank you for giving me this big loving family.”

17. Le mɛni ɓe Deeɓe e mo la a gɛɛ ‘ve pai ŋɔnɔ yaoi’?

¹⁷ “I fear no harm, for you are with me.” David life was always in danger, and he was having plenty powerful enemy them. But Jehovah love made him feel safe and it protect him. David was able to see that Jehovah was with him in every situation, and that one encourage him. So, David was able to sing: “[Jehovah] rescued me from all my fears.” (Ps. 34:4) Even though David use to be really scary sometime, but he overcome it because he know that Jehovah love him.  

18. Ziova ŋɔwɛli-kɛ-maa a pɔri ikponoi kpanani leŋ ya kɛ yaoi?

¹⁸ How knowing that Jehovah love us can give us strength when we facing situation  them that making us scary? One pioneer name Susi talk about how she and her husband was feeling when their son kill his self. She say: “When something bad just happen in your life, it can make you feel like you not get anybody to help you. But Jehovah love na protect us and make us to feel safe.” Rachel who we talk about before say: “One night I was really feeling bad, scary and worrying. So, I pray to Jehovah loud. Right there I was able to feel that Jehovah comfort me and encourage me, just how mother can take care of her baby, and I started sleeping. I will never forget what happen that night.” One elder name Tasos spent four years in jail because he refuse to join the army. How Jehovah take care of him and show him love? He say: “Jehovah take care of me and gave me even more than what I needed. This one make me more convince that I can put all my trust in him. Even though the jail was bad place, Jehovah use his holy spirit to help me to still be happy. This one help me to see that the more I trust Jehovah, that the more I will see his love for me. So I started regular pioneering when I was in jail.”

LƐƔƐ A IWƐLI-KƐ-MAA ƔALAI

¹⁹ All the experience them we come from talking about prove that Jehovah, “the God of love,” with us! (2 Cor. 13:11) He care about each one of us. We convince that we “surrounded by His loyal love.” (Ps. 32:10) The more we think about how he na show us love, that the more he can be real to us and we can get more close to him. We can feel free to pray to him and tell him that we really need his love. We can tell him anything that worrying us because we sure that Jehovah understand us and that he really want help us.—Ps. 145:​18, 19.

20. Ziova ŋɔwɛli-kɛ-maai a ku lɛɣɛ leŋ a nyaa?

²⁰ Just how we can want go near fire when the place cold, that the same way we can want get close to Jehovah because of his love. Jehovah love powerful and caring. So be happy because Jehovah love you. And let all of us be happy and say: “I love Jehovah”!—Ps. 116:1.
