Remember that the person who treat you bad, Jehovah will hold responsible. (1 Pet. 3:12) When Sandra was small, her parents use to treat her bad. She say, “I can always ask Jehovah to help me see the good-good ways that he see in me.”

But we must remember that Jehovah gave the ransom to forgive our sins because he really love us. So, we can be sure that Jehovah want us to accept his gift. Jehovah promise us that when we “set matters straight” c with him, he can forgive us altogether. (Read Isaiah 1:18.) We grateful that our loving Father, Jehovah can’t remember our sins! Let look at the apostle Paul example. He use to feel bad because he persecute the Christian them before, but he knew that Jehovah na forgive him. (1 Tim. 1:12-15) You think Paul continue to think about the sins he commit before? No, he not do it. He not even use to think about the thing them he do when he was in Judaism. (Phil. 3:4-8, 13-15) But Paul continue to do his best in the ministry and focus on the future. Like Paul, you not able to change the mistake you made before. God gave Jonah another chance to go to Nineveh. This time around, Jonah was quick to obey. Even though he was feeling bad about the mistake he made, he not allow it to stop him from accepting the assignment Jehovah gave him.—Jonah 3:1-3.

12. Ziova a lii-see tɛɛ leŋ kupɔ kwa kɛ tɛɛi mɛni kpɔlu-ŋa su? (Felepiɛŋ 4:6, 7)
12 Jehovah can use his holy spirit to comfort us when bad thing happen to us. Let see what happen to Ron and Carol. Their son kill his self. They say: “Bad things na happen to us before, but this one was worst. It use to be hard for us to sleep in the night. So we pray to Jehovah and he give us the peace that Philippians 4:6, 7 (Read.) talk about.” If you really feeling bad because of what happen to you, tell Jehovah how you feeling. 13 Any bad thing na happen to you before that make you feel that you not get strength to do anything? Then the holy spirit can give you strength to continue worshipping Jehovah and remain faithful. (Read Ephesians 3:16.) Let see what happen to one sister name Flora. She and her husband were serving together as missionaries when her husband cheat on her, and they divorce. She say: “It really make me to feel bad and it was really playing on me. I pray to Jehovah for his holy spirit to help me bear it. So, Jehovah comfort me and help me to bear it even though I was thinking that I was not going to make it.” Flora feel that God na help her to trust him more, and he will help her to go through all her problems. She also say: “Psalm 119:32 apply to me: ‘I will eagerly pursue the way of your commandments because you make room for it in my heart.’”
14. Kwa pɔri nɛɛi leŋ naa a gɛɛ Ziova ŋɔmɔleŋ e tii kɛ a kua?
14 After you ask Jehovah for his holy spirit, wetin you must do? Do things that will make God holy spirit to help you. Some of the thing them you can do that to go to meetings and preach to other people. Think the way Jehovah can think by reading the Bible every day. (Phil. 4:8, 9) When you reading the Bible, try to see what problems some people went through and think on how Jehovah help them to bear it. Sandra, who we talk about before, face different-different problems that made her to suffer. She say: “The story about Joseph really encourage me. He not allow the problems he was going through to make his friendship with Jehovah to get weak.”—Gen. 39:21-23.

15 When we suffering, our brother and sister them can be there to comfort us. (Col. 4:11) That one way here Jehovah can show that he love us. They can comfort us by spending time with us and listen to us when we telling them how we feel. They can even read Bible verse to encourage us or pray with us. d (Rom. 15:4) Sometime, they can remind us about the way Jehovah can think and it can make our heart to come down. Our brothers and sisters can also do some thing them to help us, like giving us food or some other thing them.
16. Le ɓe maa nɛ̃ɛi ku gɛ a gɛɛ ku kpɔŋ maa sɔlɔ ɓo nua yeei?
16 When we want other people to help us, we need to ask them. Our brother and sister them love us and they want help us. (Prov. 17:17) But sometime, they can’t know how we feeling or what we need. (Prov. 14:10) If something really making you to feel bad, be willing to talk with mature friends. Tell them what you need. Maybe you can talk with one or two elders who you feel close to. Some sisters can find it easy to talk with another mature sister.
17. Mɛni kpanaŋ-ŋa kɛɛ leŋ ɓe a pɔri ku kperai kpɔŋ maa sɔlɔ ɓoi nua yeei, nyaŋ kuyee a pɔri tɛɛ leŋ ma?
17 Don’t be by yourself. Because we feeling bad, maybe we can’t want be around other people. Sometime, your brothers and sisters will not really understand you or maybe they will say something that will really hurt you. (Jas. 3:2) You must not allow this one to stop you from getting the encouragement you need. One elder name Gavin, who can suffer from depression, say: “I can’t feel like talking with anybody or going around my friends.” But Gavin not allow his feelings to control him, and he can always feel good when he around other people. One sister name Amy say: “Because of what I na go through, it can be hard for me to trust people. But I learning to love and trust my brother and sister them just like Jehovah. I know that this one can make Jehovah happy, and it can make me happy too.”

18. Le ɓe kuŋɛi a pɔri kɛi berei tinaa-tuɛ-pere mɛni ma nyaŋ le ɓe kwa pɔri gɛi lonii ma?
18 We can be sure that Jehovah will soon move all the thing them that can make us to suffer and feel pain. (Rev. 21:3, 4) During that time, we will not remember all the bad-bad thing them we going through now-now. (Isa. 65:17) But now-now, Jehovah can take care of us when we suffering. So we must make use of all the good-good things Jehovah doing to comfort us and help us. Always be convince that “he care for you.”—1 Pet. 5:7.
