“SAWUBONA! Unjani namuhla?”

Akungabazeki uke ubingelele ngale ndlela. Kungenzeka nokuthi uthi ubingelela ube umxhawula noma umhaga umuntu ombingelelayo. Amasiko namagama asetshenziswayo angahluka kuye ngezindawo kodwa ukubingelela kunezinto okufana ngazo. Empeleni, ukungabingeleli noma ukungaphenduli lapho ubingelelwa kungase kubhekwe njengokungabi nalo uthando noma njengomkhuba omubi.

Nokho akubona bonke abantu abakuthandayo ukubingelela. Abanye bayenqena ukubingelela ngenxa yokuba namahloni noma bazizwa bengabalulekile. Abanye bakuthola kunzima ukubingelela abantu bohlanga oluhlukile, amasiko ahlukile noma abenza umsebenzi ohlukile. Noma kunjalo, ngisho nokubingelela okufushane kungaba nemiphumela emihle.

BINGELELA “ABANTU BAZO ZONKE IZINHLOBO”

Lapho umphostoli uPetru amukela okokuqala umuntu weZizwe uKorneliyu ebandleni lobuKristu wathi: “UNkulunkulu akakhethi.” (IzE. 10:34) Ngemva kwalokho, uPetru wabhala ukuthi uNkulunkulu “ufisa ukuba bonke baphenduke.” (2 Pet. 3:9) Singase sicabange ukuthi la mazwi asebenza kumuntu ofunda iqiniso. Nokho uPetru wakhuthaza amaKristu wathi: “Dumisani abantu bazo zonke izinhlobo, thandani bonke abazalwane.” (1 Pet. 2:17) Ngakho kuhle ngathi ukubingelela abanye kungakhathaliseki uhlanga, amasiko noma isizinda sabo. Leyo kuyoba yindlela yokubabonisa udumo nothando.

Umphostoli uPawulu wanxusa labo abasebandleni wathi: “Yamukelanani, njengoba nje noKristu asamukela.” (Roma 15:7) UPawulu wayebazi kahle abazalwane ‘ababe usizo oluqinisayo kuye.’ Namuhla abafowethu nodadewethu badinga ukuqiniswa kakhulu njengoba uSathane ehlasela ngonya abantu bakaNkulunkulu.—Kol. 4:11; IsAm. 12:12, 17.

Izibonelo ezisemiBhalweni zibonisa ukuthi ukubingelela akugcini nje ngokwenza abantu bazizwe bamukelekile kodwa kwenza okungaphezu kwalokho.

UKUQINISEKISWA, UKUKHUTHAZWA, UKUTHANDWA

Lapho kufika isikhathi sokuba ukuphila kweNdodana kaNkulunkulu kudluliselwe esibelethweni sikaMariya, uJehova wathumela ingelosi ukuba ikhulume naye. Ingelosi yathi: “Sawubona, wena oboniswe umusa omkhulu, uJehova unawe.” UMariya ‘waphazamiseka kakhulu ngalelo zwi,’ wayezibuza ukuthi kungani ingelosi yayikhuluma naye. Ibona lokhu ingelosi yathi kuye: “Ungesabi, Mariya, ngoba uthole umusa kuNkulunkulu.” Yachaza ukuthi injongo kaNkulunkulu ngaye yayiwukuba azale uMesiya. Kunokuba aqhubeke ephazamisekile uMariya waphendula: “Bheka! Incekukazi kaJehova! Kwangathi kungenzeka kimi njengokwesimemezelo sakho.”—Luka 1:26-38.

Kwakuyilungelo ngengelosi ukuba umkhulumeli kaJehova; noma kunjalo, ayizange ikubheke njengento engabalulekile ukukhuluma nomuntu ongaphelele. Yaqala ngokubingelela. Yini esingayifunda kulesi sibonelo? Kufanele sikulungele ukubingelela abanye, sibakhuthaze. Ngamazwi nje ambalwa, singabasiza abanye futhi sibaqinisekise ngokuthi bayingxenye yabantu bakaJehova.

UPawulu wayazi abaningi emabandleni ase-Asia Minor nawaseYurophu. Baningi ababingelela ngokuqondile ezincwadini zakhe.Lokhu sikubona kweyabaseRoma isahluko 16. UPawulu wabingelela amaKristu amaningi. Wabala noFibhi “udadewethu,” wakhuthaza abazalwane ukuba ‘bamamukele eNkosini ngendlela efanele abangcwele, nokuba bamsize kunoma iyiphi indaba angase abadinge kuyo.’ UPawulu wakhonza nakuPriska no-Akhwila, wathi, “Ngibabonga kungemina kuphela kodwa nawo wonke amabandla ezizwe.” Wabingelela nabanye abangadumile—“ku-Ephenetu wami othandekayo” nakuTrifina noTrifosa, “abesifazane abasebenza kanzima eNkosini.” Yebo, Pawulu wayebabingelela abafowabo nodadewabo.—Roma 16:1-16.

Ungase ucabange ngenjabulo ababa nayo ngokwazi ukuthi babekhunjulwa. Kumelwe ukuba lokho kwabenza bathandana futhi bamthanda nakakhulu uPawulu. Ukuzwa leyo mikhonzo kumelwe ukuba kwawakhuthaza amanye amaKristu, kwawasiza ahlala eqinile okholweni. Ngempela, ukubingelela nemikhonzo ebonisa uthando nokuncoma kuqinisa ubuhlobo futhi kuhlanganisa izikhonzi zikaNkulunkulu.

Lapho uPawulu efika ethekwini lasePhutheyoli njengoba ayelibangise eRoma, amaKristu asendaweni eza ezomhlangabeza. Lapho ewabona esekude, uPawulu “wabonga uNkulunkulu, wama isibindi.” (IzE. 28:13-15) Ngezinye izikhathi singase sikwazi ukumomotheka noma ukuphakamisa isandla kuphela lapho sibingelela. Noma kunjalo, ngisho nalokho kungamkhuthaza umuntu, mhlawumbe ocindezelekile noma ophatheke kabi.

ISISEKELO ESIFANAYO

Umfundi uJakobe kwadingeka anikeze isiyalo esiqinile. Amanye amaKristu ayeba yiziphingi ngokomoya ngokuba nobungane nezwe. (Jak. 4:4) Nokho qaphela indlela uJakobe ayiqala ngayo incwadi yakhe:

“UJakobe, inceku kaNkulunkulu neyeNkosi uJesu Kristu, ezizweni eziyishumi nambili ezihlakazekile: Ngiyanibingelela!” (Jak. 1:1) Abafunda incwadi yakhe akungabazeki ukuthi bakuthola kulula ukwamukela isiyalo sakhe lapho bebona ekubingeleleni kwakhe ukuthi babenokuma okufanayo phambi kukaNkulunkulu. Ngempela, ukubingelela ngokuthobeka kungavula indlela ngisho yokukhuluma ngezinto ezibucayi.

Ukubingelela okuhle, ngisho noma kukufishane, kufanele kube qotho futhi kubonise uthando lwangempela. Lokhu kunjalo ngisho noma kubonakala kungaqashelwa. (Math. 22:39) Udade e-Ireland wake wafika eHholo LoMbuso imihlangano isizoqala. Njengoba eshesha engena, omunye umzalwane waphenduka wamoyizela wabe esethi: “Sawubona. Kuhle ngempela ukukubona.” Udade wamane wahlala phansi.

Ngemva kwamasonto ambalwa, waya kumzalwane wabe esemtshela ukuthi usenesikhathi eside ebhekene nezimo ezicindezelayo ekhaya. Udade wathi: “Ngalobo busuku ngangicindezeleke kangangokuba ngacishe ngangeza eHholo LoMbuso. Angikhumbuli okuningi ngemihlangano, ngaphandle kokungibingelela kwakho. Kwangenza ngazizwa ngamukelekile ngempela. Ngiyabonga.”

Loya mzalwane wayengawaqapheli amandla okubingelela okufushane. Wathi: “Lapho engitshela ukuthi lawo mazwi ambalwa amthinte kanjani, ngajabula ngokuthi ngabingelela.”

USolomoni wathi: “Thumela isinkwa sakho ebusweni bamanzi, ngoba uyophinde futhi usithole ngokuhamba kwezinsuku eziningi.” (UmSh. 11:1) Ngokuqaphela ukubaluleka kokubingelela, ikakhulu kumaKristu esikanye nawo, siqinisa thina siqinise nabanye. Ngakho kwangathi singakubheka njengokubalulekile ukubingelela.
