Nqoba Isizungu Ngokuba Nabangani—⁠Indlela IBhayibheli Elingasiza Ngayo

 Ngo-2023, ochwepheshe bezempilo baphawula ukuthi isizungu siyinkinga yezempilo edinga ukusingathwa ngokushesha. Likhona yini ikhambi lesizungu?

  •    “Ukuba nesizungu kanye nokuba wedwa, kungayilimaza impilo yethu,” kusho uDokotela waseMelika uVivek Murthy. Kodwa uyenezela: “Kukhona esingakwenza.” Singenzani? “Singenza izinto ezincane usuku ngalunye ukuze siqinise ubudlelwane bethu nabanye.” a

 Isizungu asibangelwa ukuba wedwa kuphela. Abanye bangase bazizwe benesizungu nakuba bephakathi kwabantu abaningi. Kungakhathaliseki ukuthi sibangelwe yini isizungu, iBhayibheli lingasiza. Lineseluleko esingasisiza sinqobe isizungu ngokwakha ubungani obuqinile.

Izimiso zeBhayibheli ezingasiza

 Yiba nekhono lokuxoxa nabanye. Lokhu akusho nje kuphela ukukwazi ukuveza indlela ozizwa ngayo kodwa nokulalelisisa lapho omunye umuntu ekhuluma. Lapho ubanaka kakhudlwana abanye, ubudlelwane bakho nabo buyoqina nakakhulu.

  •    Isimiso seBhayibheli: ‘Ningacabangeli izindaba zenu nje kuphela, kodwa nikhathalele nabanye.’—Filipi 2:4.

 Yiba nabangani abahlukahlukene. Zimisele ukwakha ubungani nabantu abadala noma abancane kunawe, abanemvelaphi ehlukile kweyakho noma abavela kwelinye izwe.

  •    Isimiso seBhayibheli: “Vulani izinhliziyo zenu.”—2 Korinte 6:13.

 Ukuze uthole ulwazi olwengeziwe ngokuthi ungabakha kanjani ubungani obuqinile nabanye, funda isihloko esithi “Ukwanelisa Isifiso Sethu Sokuba Nabangane.”
